We did not do so because of this forum thread and there is no indication that your opponents were willfully and consistently exploiting a bug of this sort as you seem to suggest in your original post. We will continue to do our best to assist you in any way we can when issues of this nature crop up. Please understand that we need to exercise caution when dealing with structures of this type and we need to understand the nature of the problems at hand. They knew exactly what was going on and the only thing that we got back was "we can't intervene because our procedures don't allow this yadda yadda". Funnily enough, when the PL SBUs were bugged, you intervened straight off (within minutes), something which might actually be less game breaking than this.. I guess you went from MSN devs to Jabber devs. :)

Then 30 mins after creating this thread a senior GM finally acted. Those facts are the truth. The timing may be purely coincidental (god knows I hope it is), but the facts about the times are true.

My guess is you can't and thus have labeled yourself appropriately to what that implies about you.

Coincidence doesn't exist, there is a reason for everything. It is way more likely that this wasn't coincidental than that it was. Thus, the facts are that it takes 4 days for a GM to respond to a petition and 30 minutes for a GM to respond to a threadnaught. We now all know that the petition system can be sacked and that CCP should hire more forum staff.
