Two elderly ladies were outside their nursing home, having a smoke, when it started to rain. One of the ladies pulled out a condom, cut off the end, put it over her cigarette, and continued smoking.
The lady asked, "What's that?"
"A condom," the other lady responded. "This way my cigarette doesn't get wet."

The guy looked at her kind of strangely (she is, after all, over 80 years of age), but politely asks what brand she prefers. "It doesn't matter as long as it fits a Camel."
The pharmacist fainted.

Ok I cannot beat the Cats. I cannot beat everything else to win the price for the best bump.
The only thing I can do, is telling you something about me:
As long as I know your lottery I buy tickets. Always just one ticket because I do not have that much ISK to spend in a lottery.
But everytime I dream of the the moment you draw me. I may fly some good ships at the moment, but this was the result of hard work, and I always try, not to loose them. A T2 ship BPO would solve my permanent income problem. And it would be enought for me. I read much about people who say they have more than 100 billion of isk on their walltet. I do not know how they do this. And I do not have the time to sit in Jita and trade.
The only thing, I can offer, is reliance and a bump. I try to offer a Bookmarkservice, but nobody needs it :(
I thought about some bonds, but who would trust me? Who would give me about 60 bill Isk to buy a T2 Ship BPO? I think nobody would do this although I never scammed somebody, I never robberd a corp etc, If i catch a missionrunner in lowsec or highsec, and he offers a acceptable ransom, I never shoot a them after i took the isk.
In the end, the only chance to get such a T2 BPO is your lottery.
