Since it's becoming obvious that this lottery wont actually happen with only 1/3 tickets sold in one month - what are the conditions for you to call the lottery off and refund the ISK Grendell?

My first T2 lottery took almost 3 months to sell off, each lottery I've been almost doubling in size, and they always sell eventually. Not to mention each lottery tickets sold a day has been increasing each time, it will sell, I'm not worried.
As stated in the first post, the draw happens when all tickets are sold. I'm going to work hard until that is reached, as refunding this many tickets would be a pain in the butt.
But next few lotteries will be much smaller so they can go quicker until we gather more regular players.

Not to worry Trinity, all ticket list amendments are kept on a seperate list, so when the draw takes place I check each winner to see if they are on the amendment list.
So your change is there and listed, just doesn`t show on the main ticket list.
