Anyway, just a few minor things I've noticed.
1. Tactical Overlay minimises after docking/undocking.
2. Escrow columns: Description column is last?
3. All station facilities are BENEATH everything, please make so they are on top like Castor was originally 
4. Mission bookmarks given by agents open up into more than one folder in people and places. I had this problem with the optional patch, but all worked fine without it.
5. Deadspace missions STILL dont spawn guris. (FIX: Jump to another system, and then come back, and they will spawn)
6. Setting a defalt "warp to" distance works, but there is no longer an option to warp to something without opening the list of warp to distances.
7. Getting within 1.5km of a cargo pod doesnt always let you open it.
8. CSPA charge to talk to corp members in a private convo still exists.
9. Opening a convo with someone doesnt always show them in the list of people, only myself.
10. Still no invite option on chats.

When collapsing and Expanding the entries for my agent mission in people and places, I get several clones of the entry.
The station windows should REALLY be on top of everything, I'm running a resolution of 1024x768 and there are several windows hiding the station facilities. I don't want to move them and when undocking move them again to be "combat ready".
Why is the info dialog shown when double clicking an entry in the reprocessing window? It's really annoying when my windows are just hiding the "reprocess" button and there's no other possibility to reprocess the selected item.

try minimizing the windows. they will go back to the position you set them to when restored...
there is a fine, but dissasterous line between a fart and a shart. i suggest you make sure which side you want to be on... |

If they are going to reinvent windows with in their application, they should just follow normal conventions for all the windows.
The UI has become less windows like in it's functionality as it has too many exceptions and this makes it confusing and annoying. EVE-I.com~THE Info source |

Of all the things mentioned here, the change to stations services is at the absolute top of my list of annoying things.
Whether or not it was intended, it is very annoying to repeatedly have to close or minimize open windows to use any of the services. I find that just to use the "fitting" area, 3 open windows must be closed or minimized to be able to change gear.
What was wrong with the way it was? Pre-Exodus, if a service window was beneath another, a simple click on the border brought it to the top.

* Control tower running out of fuel in middle of unanchoring another, tower-controlled structure winds up with the tower refusing to go online again, because it's still waiting for unanchor operation to finish, except this will never happen because the control tower is offline... 9.9

Example: use 3 sensor boosters, activate them, use a cloaking device and activate it. The sensor boosters don't deactivate and if you try it with alt-f1 then the sensor booster show red and you can not activate it again even after deactivating cloaking.
Example2: Start locking a ship, activate all your guns. If the ship warps out just while you have the lock some of your guns are broken and can not be used again. When you try to activate them you see them in red too.

* Newly made bookmarks still show as "solar system", show up most the time in yellow (all of them) and "sol", "reg" and "con" are empty. Pre Exodus bookmarks are ok.

A lot of my text is overflowing the Window that its supposed to inside. e.g. People and places
Also happens sometimes with inventory item so when Im scrolling icons will appear outside the inventory window.

1. Corp members sometimes show up as war targets on the scanner if there are also valid war targets on it.
2. Corps that have surrendered a war show up as neutral although they can still shoot at you.
3. Modules look active but actually don't do anything, and cannot be turned off (not lag, everything else worked ok). I can comfirm that one. I tried all my old tricks to get it on top nothing. i tried clicking the bar at the bottom. tried clicking the bar with the agent tab thingee. notta.
I have one of my own.
Hitting autopilot too soon after docking results in your ship just sitting there until you start and stop autopilot again.

Like cap bug, it is displayed as full until it is changed (cant test downwards cuz my apoc is REALLY low and cant test upwards cuz mij hull repairers are stuck. The gang health window does work though
edit: Station containers (mission rewards) still are useless. They still take their capacity as volume (we mighty spacefarers can fold space, but not an empty container?) 2. autopilot ocasionally switchtes off approaching gate on it's own.( maybe i have a haunted ship )
3. eve hangs sometimes at undocking load screen requiring re-login.(started after todays patch grrr)
4. market not working when buying (again after todays patch.

I am sorry about this but I have to say that due to this bug EVE is currently unplayable for PvP in any kind. I tried it but it sucks big time when your guns don't work anymore.
I guess its time to take a break until its fixed.

Actually 1. and 2. are the same. The reason for this problem is:
- The double click timer is about 1 second.
So, when you use your left mouse button to change your view it counts as the first click. Since changing the view does not move the mouse pointer changing the view again without moving the mouse within 1 second counts as double click.
This sucks big time since left click is always necessary to alter the view.
I suggested to change the double click timer to 250ms or so or actually take the windows setting for double click.
Also when you altered the view it should not count anymore as first/second click for a double click.

(Scanner-)Overview always minimized after leaving a station
Serious problems with lag/server/netcode (?) after the patch:
Sometimes I can't switch on the mwd, only relogging helps. Sometimes the same with weapons: I tried to fire, nothing happens, then I tried to reload and the weapon kept "blinking" in the hud for minutes and nothing happens. Once in a fight against rats tonight, I couldn't do anything for minutes. No firing, no navigating, no mwd etc. I relogged and escaped with a heavily damaged ship.
I docked, and saw myself 2 times in the guest list in a station in the solar system Aitide. I relogged again and then saw myself 3 times (!) in the guest list there. I opened the cargohold of my ship and tried to move some items to the storage, but it said: "Item locked...." with date and time (2002.12.2 22:20) for no reason.
Long text, but I don't know how to describe these things shorter. I hope it helps anyway.

todays patch also seems to have killed the tagging system...i really liked that for fighting NPCs with ravens...saved a lot of missiles tagging the things i was shooting at one number and tagging the other stuff another number for my buddy...can see the advantages for fleet battles also...Probably the best feature i've noticed from exodus...aside from the market in space...and now neither is working

thanks for the reply, but i have noticed this happen when i've been afk for a few minutes: ship changes direction and accelerates, when i walked away it was at a dead stop mining.

I suggested to change the double click timer to 250ms or so or actually take the windows setting for double click.
Also when you altered the view it should not count anymore as first/second click for a double click.

Wasn't able to sell items to market - clicking sell closed the dialog but didn't take the items/fees. Undock fixed it.
May be a change to exodus rather than bug, but drones don't auto select a new hostile target. Requires manual attack command.

Tagging system is working, but you need to either minimise and restore overview window or warp out/back in to get tags to show

Maybe 'shrinking' them to 5000m¦-ish when you repackage a station container is an option, so you can till use an industrial ship to haul them.

Just something for point 1 there - myself (in a Brutix) and my brother (in an Imicus) were mining in Caslemon (in Essence) last night for over an hour with no sight of this problem. So it's not affecting everyone, but I have seen someone else mention it ingame.

No matter what options for station loading I choose to try to reset things, I can't get it back to where it would only load the picture in the station. What it does if I tell it not to load the environment is that it loads the environment anyways, but the camera is fixed on the nose of my ship.
This is horrible for me, because when I alt-tab and am in a station, I sometimes cannot alt-tab back to eve and bring the screen up.
I'm hoping that making me load the station environment isn't a feature. ---

Can't be sure on this, but I think a factory cancelled a build order because a bill was issued. The order did not produce the total amount of goods requested and there was plenty of minerals to do so.

Another bug with POS:
Amarr tower is supposed to give 50% bonus to silo capacity.
Normal silo capacity is 9600.
When launched at an Amarr tower, the capacity is still 9600 so the 50% bonus is not being applied. the bonus from the shield hardening arrays also does not appear to be applied to the control tower (or is just does not show up on the tower info.)

The Crystaline Carbonite Complex reaction is bugged.
It takes in the appropriate amount of stuff, but spits out "negative 1500" units of stuff, rather than "positive 1500".
Also the Complex reaction does not take 10 minutes as i thought, but takes 60 minutes.

Few bugs I've noted to add to the list...
1) Combat drones are not engaging next target after destroying current target, they are returning and orbiting after each kill.
2) Unable to repackage items unless the items are in the "ITEMS" window of the station. Used to be able to repackage drones in my ships drone bay after selecting the "repair all" option in the repair shop. This due to the drone repair bug that still exists if you don't repackage the drones after you repair them.
3) I have several items in Sell Orders that I cannot cancel, states they do not exist.
4) Jr Accountant Position is buggy, can't insure your personal ships if you have this position.
5) Would like to join with the voice of others wanting a toggle option for the radial pop-up menus. I hate those annoying menu's that always seem to pop up when you don't want them too. I vote for the right click option.
6) The Autopilot button needs a different shade/color when active. The color between on and off is so slight I can't tell from looking at it whether it's on or off.
7) Would really like the option for the overlay to "show enemy" target options. For example, turning off "Sentry Guns" prevents the average sentry gun from showing up in my overview at every jump gate. However, some missions (and perhaps player owned structures) have sentries, and those need to display. The "Show Enemy" option (or something similar) can add any hostile object to the overview.
8) Bring back user definable colors for the overview. Sure, Red Shade means either Warring Corp or -5 Status or lower, but how can I tell which?
9) Strip Miners incorrectly display CPU requirements when cursor is hovering over Mining Module in fitting menu. Once placed, the loadout reads correctly; rather confusing to new Barge pilots.
10) INFO requests take FAR too long to come up, can we speed this up a bit?
11) LAG has improved much with this latest patch, but still needs a lot of tweaking.

4.have battlecruisers and some other things added to the overview scanner standard coz they dont show at the moment unless you add them to overview
5.fix when you convo someone that you cant see them, so ya dont know if they are actualy there to see what you say.
6. theres a bug that when you warp into a belt , the npcs there start to move in a random direction at insane speed untill they are off screen.
