Fret I think that Tornsoul is beyond suspicion here so I think that it would be best if you renamed the thread to something else than Big Scam. You can do so by editing the post that started this thread.
At this point I think that its your word against one of BIG members. You would expect a CEO to side with corp member over someone not known.
I think that it would be fair for you to change the thread name to something less inflamatory. If you are right I think that you will be vindicated by CCP and that should be enough.

Regardless of how this ends up, it wasn't handled well by the BIG member.
There are steps you can take for verification of this sort of thing, and I understand from talking to (with an alt) NAGA that they *DO* those.
I don't consider this reflects well on BIG. (I admit I'm not fond of FA for IG reasons, and that tends to carry across)

WOW, how many times must i say this? I did nt scam anyone....all of the things i have posted here are exactly how things went. Now i dont even care about the isk, i just want the truth to be known. I have filed a petition, but i wish i knew a quicker route to speak with a moderator, because i assure you all they will conferm my story. Just think about it..... Was i in this auction from the start to scam BIG? No i wasnt, i was actualy drawn into it...if u look back at the auction i actualy lost it, then i was mailed by axee and told he would except my bid even though it was 2 or 3 hours late. A sign to me that he was just looking to get the most isk out of this as possible. Perhaps TornSoul is missled in all of this, but i can tell you this I ONLY WANTED THE CHARACTER.

Maybe he had had cold feet about the amount and decided that 750 was to much and thought he could get the character for free also why would BIG rip someone off for 750 mil which is loose change

Also never once in the logs was the characters name mentioned that I could see
This log has lots of little inconsistancies on his part that lead me think he tried to scam a free character and got caught.
But ultimately the GM's have the final say
