I find it hard to believe that Fret did not know about the chatlogs and where to find them. Then again, I don't know what to believe right now.

well lol im not very computer savy...my children are much better with comps than i am thats for sure, but it didnt take too long for me to figure it out...im not a total rock lol.

for BIG corp members tat did that sell, i can see in the screeny and in those logs, tat fret posted here, that they are different.

BIG are basicly the leading body in one of the biggest alliances in eve. also one of the richest. you guys realise that 750mil is chump change to BIG? im not a great fan of BIG but i refuse to believe they would scam for 750 mil. damn they can mine that in a couple of days out there =P
again not a huge fan of BIG and how they treat people in game but i doubt they go this far. good luck sorting this and getting your rep back.

I dont belive this was a "BIG" scam, i feel that TION scammed me, and i feel BIG is either in denial, or they are protecting Tion not to save 750 million isk...but to protect thier good name. Im not out to try to sca or hurt BIG...i just want the truth to be known.

This is probably the most interesting thing that I've seen on the forums in a while.
My money is on both Fret and TornSoul being scammed, the BIG 'investigation' has some crippling inconsistancies. I cant see TornSoul risking scamming someone, but I'm sure some low-level BIG peon would love to pocket 750m (and has, apparently).
The screenshot that Torn is using for proof is really abysmal, even for a screenshot its pretty poor evidence.

you miss the point, it's not BIG that scammed, it's Tion unless BIG were involved in screen shot editing.

look right here, this can mean that one of the 2 stated in the above changed the logs, yet if fret changed the logs, why switch the last 3 lines, and if tornsoul changed the last 3 lines to suit bigs needs, wha would have been the point of it. but what we have here is a definate change of logs meaning wither of them could have done it and only way it can be solved is by CCP looking at the master logs on the server end, not with the chat exactly but if one had received the charc and the money.

Well all i can say is that the logs i posted are true...It is exactly what happened. Is this a "BIG" coverup or not i dont know....but for me it is simple, i was scammed and if tion is supporting the screenshot then he is a liar and scammer becuase it is 100% untrue. Trust me i have better thing to do than to plan a scam that would be as elaborate as this would have to be...As i keep saying im no longer fighting for my isk...im fighting for the truth.
