you know, 750 million may not be much to all of BIG, but, to one member, it's a damn lot of money, and everyone, stop acting like just because it's a big corp it can do no wrong, a massive corp is just as capable of scamming as a single character is, probably more likely, since people will band behind it to defend it's reputation.

Well just from looking at the screenshot. I would have to say "Fret" is lying here. Screenshots can obviously be faked here as well. Just by looking at the screenshot in photoshop I can't see anyone messing with the screenshot accept for the log text. The log text is of course yellow and up at the top it's gray. Now the chat box it self that shows what "Fret" was actually saying would be really hard to coverup being the quality of the picture. If you notice the text color in the chatbox text, it is gray/white/and 10 other shades of white/gray. Which would be really hard to dupe but of course can be duped.
Now if I was going to make a fake screenshot in this case, to prove "Fret" wrong. I would clip the "Character Pictures" of fret and re-paste them on the screenshot. After I had my buddy, go in a private room and retype the log the way I wanted it to be done from within the chatroom. Then take the screenshot and re-paste "Frets" character picture over myfriends, save the file at low quality.
So it's all kinda iffy at this point. Someone is lying here and I don't know who. My bet is "Fret" is not lying because the screenshot came so late in the posts. Soon as "Fret" posted the logs and saying she was scammed. My first post would have been the screenshot. Keep that in mind.

it also seems a bit weird that someone would take a screenshot of that exact bit of the conversation, unless they knew it might come in useful, i usually take screenshots of my ship and stuff ^^ |

Yeah that too. It also occured to me that the screenshot could have been good quality. There for allowing someone to altar it and the saving it as poor quality to make it look like it would be more "Hard" to edit it. I dono about screenshots on eve, never really took one.

Screenshots taken with EVE are of excellent quality. The image was saved with excessive compression, which is why theres so much artifacting.

They also look like tornsoul recieved highquality versions of them which she then circled the parts she wanted to enphasize then overly compresed. This caused alot of artifacting around the text in question and so would help hide any alterations made.
BIG themselves would not have accept a login screen shot of that poor quality when accepting someone into their corp.
Also if fret confirmed xfer in the BIG chan why didnt tion say this in the thread when fret called scam. Why was it so surprising for tournsoul to find this info out. You would think that the first thing tion would tell torn when questioned is "she confirmed the xfer".
I think torn was betting on frets questionable history to win over and keep people from heavy scrutiny of the "evidence". It even worked for a page or so of the thread everyone bending over backwards to give kudos and congrats to torn for such a great investigation. But it didnt work; new inconsistancies were found and if tornsoul really wanted to do such a great job like the long well written posts suggests why did she turn a blind eye to these discrepancies.
Why has torn not rebutted the arguments being made here yet. Post the fully unedited BMPs so that they can be gone over with a fine tooth comb. Your entire argument rests on them.
