If someone scammed someone out of 1000 plex in a different scenario, that would be ok? I don't scam, but that was my first thought when I saw this. -G

The Haiti disaster was a unique situation where a near already crippled government was laid low and there was no infrastructure left. As bad as the floods are in Pakistan I have similar reservation's on how much aid ends up lining the pockets of gangs and corrupt officials. Plus if some of the waste was trimmed in aid organizations they'd have a LOT more resources to actually help people.
