I have recently read the up grades to all the minning ships. The hulk should be King of all minning vessels Im a maxed out minner with a alt that is a maxed orca boost and a roqual pilot. I have a large portion of skill points dedicated to this. I agree that minning ships need beter protection from gankers. but the inprovment to the small and mid size minning ships are so great why would any one want to fly a hulk.
if you kill the hulks massive benifits why the hell fly it its not worth traning for it. I feel robed. I have always paid cash for my eve time and never plexed always felt it a privlage to play this game. but if you do this to the hulk good buy game.

Hulk still out mines everything, still the king of the mining ships. Not sure what you have to complain about.

What everyone else has said. Hulk is still a beast at pure mining. As a matter afact, it mines everything better than the other ships (Ice, Mercoxit) as well.

Things change, I have 4 maxed exhumer characters and frankly I'm happy I can trade of some yield for a great tank.

Will I use a Hulk now? No thanks. For those that do crave Max yield they just need corp mates in combat ships to kill the gankers fast.
