GMT has summer/winter time, UTC doesn't.
Fade Toblack	Posted - 2010.12.15 15:28:00 - [350] As already posted for Windows 7 - it also works on Vista. Click your clock -> adjust settings -> additional clocks. Add one for Eve set to GMT/UTC. You can then view Eve Time by clicking your clock.
