or is it stealing honestly from U?
if i was an investor this would cause major issues for me. its like your almost blatantly telling your investors to their face that you are going to scam, so that when the scam does come out you can have a great big fat whopping I TOLD YOU SO.
there is no need for a change in name and certainly no need whether its in humour or not to change the name to SH4U.
"would better help the public identify the shares and their value on the open market. " the value of your shares on the market IMO is worth 1 isk, anyone who wants to exchange shares me with i'm willing to pay you what their worth.

While the new name is 'more catchy' it follows a naming convention of investments that subsequently have been revealed as scams. With recent history in mind, this definitely makes me concerned about my investment.
What are my options should I decide I want to withdraw? Can the corp buy back my shares, or does anyone else want to buy them?

Ive done well for my investors over the last year, and Stealing Honest Manufacturing Investment is a better link to SHSG. Nothing is changing other than the linking to the parent company. I've never scammed anyone, I've never missed a payment, I've never failed to meet my obligations at any time on any offering I've ever made.
If you are going to judge me only by a name...well that boat sailed long ago.

If you wish out, ill cash you out at 100%. I do not wish to for investors to remain of they want out. I expect people to invest in SHSG based on how we have performed over time. I have always conducted my business in a manner that's up front, and profitable to investors and myself, that will not change.

I will make contact with investors. I'll send new shares, investors will confirm they received them. Then investors can send back old shares at their leisure. Ill try to do the transfer by weeks end.

The shares are done by SPV, for the purpose of paying divs only. Votes for confidence have not effect.
There are no tracks to cover, no hidden agenda, just a name change.

I plan to distribute through the new one. Ill issue the new shares, along with an eve mail...and pay to the new ones. Investors can send back the old shares at their leisure after they have gotten new shares and been paid end of months divs.

Depends what you classify as every couple of bonds. Out of 15-20, two have decided to scam - Machete and Brock.
Brock's one was the big hit to my balance sheet, but so far am still up a bill on when I first started investing in Feb, and still projected to make a good first year profit.
Have gotten what I needed from MD though - and no it wasn't a profit.

I might be interested in buying shares, though this would be a first for me. I'd be obliged if you can explain the process to me in more detail. I'm especially confused by how shares are tracked. Are they just numbers somewhere on a slip of paper, or represented somewhere in the EVE game mechanics?

Currently interested in 200 shares.
There are 2 kind of shares: regular and virtual.
You will get the regular ones, they are implemented in EvE and can be sent to people.
When a payment is made you will see a message about having received a dividend out of a certain total.

When was the last time this guy was audited/fact checked?
Can you list your manufacturing alts for us in Eveboard so as to check the skills? for example if you link only 1 character with only 6 manufacturing slots then the IPO is a lie. for 20b worth of manufacturing to be used properly you would need 30-40 slots.
Can you post a screenshot of your current jobs?
Can you post a breakdown of how you calculate your profits from 'on costs',POS fuels, etc to JITA sell price.
His limited knowledge on manufacturing leads me to believe this is a ponzi. to the noobs who invested in this, these are the questions you ask before you stick your money in. 
Now watch as he carefully dissmiss's my questions as a troll & says 'all my previous yada yada yada' this is the 'spin' that usually catches you youngsters.
If OP provides above information, then this monkey will be off his back. until then, get used to the smell.
