It's quite possib;e that your connection is still routed to CCP via the EuroRings network. If Eurorings touches CCP, your connection may be routed through it. Thus, trouble.
also if the network you connect to ccp over uses the same balcklist as EuroRings..... __________________________________________________

=P
A DDoS is very rarely a simple thing, especially with the after effects that occur. And very often, ISP's will go for the extreme response and scale back later, rather than do incremental responses... Which makes sense, even if it is a pain. It may appear simple because you don't "see" the effects personally often or the various things that happen in the background, but yeah.
And also, the chances that CCP would have anything meaningful to say about this approach zero, since it would be completely out of their control and it's unlikely they'd be able to get any info themselves. Like asking the guy pumping your gas why the price is so high =P

I wouldn't recommend making a habit of it, but if you're online data has spiralled out of control, and you can't even remember all the places that have your details let along be able to delete all of them (assuming they let you, and the data is actually deleted) then killing it at source, by invalidating the card works.
You might be able to just say to your credit card company that that is what you are trying to achieve. How they would take it however is an open question.
Then again I took the step of telling my bank that I would never ever use online or phone banking services, and to put a note on my account saying that was the case, and if anyone ever tried to set up phone or internet banking on the accounts... it wasn't me.
So they know I'm weird.
Ah, apologies, I read it as a repeated thing, yeah, once shouldn't be a problem.
And I've worked for a few companies which processed credit card information... your "weirdness" is totally justified =P

It's currently impossibe to connect to Tranqulity if your connection route is via the Eurorings.net network due to the connection being blocked.
This is Either the doing of CCP or more likely Eurorings due to the masses of traffic and disruption caused. (Blacklisted connections to CCP because of spam).
CCP Will be able to resolve this, just give them time.

Good job to CCP for handling this in a professional manner.
Now being that I'm not a 1337 ***** at the interwebs, can't the people that did this be traced back via thier ISP address and prosecuted? I want these skript kiddies hung by thier earlobes.
