I found out every time the server crashes, a trace to eve server stops at this ip:
iceland-telecom1.tsd.cw.net [166.63.214.198]
i posted it in another forum who were closed 
It seems that there is a provider problem in icelands telecom.
You really should do a telephone call to this in iceland and ask which bunny jumps arround

Just switch a skill when the server comes back up. It stays up for a few minutes each time.

My C64 turned a funny stale yellow colour and never worked again. That was about 15 years ago. I blame Daley thompsons 'joystick killer' decathlon, and frankly any other game that involved waggling your joystick furiously form side to side.

Simply because an IP has a FQDN of iceland-telecom1.tsd.cw.net does not mean it resides in Iceland.
hell, you can name you IP's anything (youre authoritive for) it no way relates to where in the world its located.

Why would it stop there? The server is in London, UK, not Iceland..
I know it looks strange, but I've also verified, that's where the traceroute to the server IP is currently being routed - tracing from a UK ISP too. Maybe it's an auxillary redirect for when something is messed up at the main destination?

Or maybe someones too lazy to change their reverses.
I could change my fqdn to say rump.wrangler.com, but that doesnt mean traffic to it traverses his buttocks.

If the problem is due to CCP's ISP, the best they could do is go to their tech support forum and post continously much like we do here
