No, I'm ****ed because I pay money every month for a game which is rather flaky, and will die leaving me out in fairly dangerous space in the middle of a rat fight. Now, if someone loses a few million in ship parts, will CCP repay them? No...they are screwed...that's what bothers me.

I plan, I train, I make RL adjustments so I can spend so time in EVE, and some jamoke come along with this lame 'it's just a game' attitude. It's unreal. Also, it is supposedly a business to CCP. If other folks ran their businesses in this sloppy-assed manner they would go broke. Apparently some fool didn't understand my previous post. I'll try to type more sloowly this time. If an account is paid for a year and they get disgusted and leave the game, will there payment be prorated and refunded to them? It's not that hard a question, ANDRUE. HELLO!!!!. fix it or else. or i could take an extra 30 day of gametime on my account. but PLEASE. let us know what is happening. silence is the worse when it comes to customer service. u guys got NONE of that. not even a phone number that people can call for technical support. most MMORPG games that require a monthly fee to play do not have down times. not even the 1 hour downtime every single day. get it done. yeah? cool. thank you.

I could try and force the GMs to come here and post, but to be honest they would just post the same thing as I do, because I get my information from them. This game has been running to long now to be having these kind of issues. This amount of DT is totally uncalled for in a game that should be "Mature" by now.

My understanding is that the servers are located in England. Ever heard of 24/7 3 hour service? Its not like they are located in the middle of nowhere and can't get a contract with qualified technicians or anything.

So when I come in from that world with the sun, I expect very little. When I invest my hard earned cash, however, I expect to have services rendered. Imagine if you bought a can of coke, but only got two-thirds of your drink. It is every paying cutomer's right to complain about their lack of adequate service.
