Perhaps the New Order should consider raising the price of a mining permit to cover the cost of placing worthwhile bounties on the miners who refuse to adhere to the code. I think 40 million isk is the effective bounty for a Hulk.
Or maybe you can just add the cost of the bounties to the individual's permit once they decide to cooperate. |

The fact that CCP themselves support this is dumb as hell, but they just support it because they can't find a way for their **** servers to handle the extra load of ship collisions in blobs, so it is somehow fair now because of their incompetency.
If ships actually damaged each other from high speed collisions, blobs would be a thing of the past as well.
But w/e, I hardly ever log in so I don't really give a **** anymore, gave up on trying to like this game's bullshit troll game mechanics ages ago.
