they only have so many minerals and isk, they will get bored and slip up eventually, once ice becomes worth mining people who normally wouldnt mine it will try to mine it, thus goons will have to throw more ships away. it is impossible for a group of people to continue to lock out all the systems with ice.
the reward is getting higher for mining ice, eventually the tipping point will happen where ice miners from all over Eve will mine just gallente ice and try to get rich XD

In the 5 or 6 years playing this game, off and on, I have never seen a sorrier excuse of an alliance than I have now.
Even BOB was not as ignorant as you trying to pretend your a PVP alliance who's only skill is hitting miners that can not hit back.

Been considering playing the game again. Might still do so, Go back to making the ships every one will lose.

I'm surprised CCP doesn't actually have a system where if empire X sees an increase in deaths in Y system then it adds additional police for longer periods during times when said high rate of deaths occur.

I mean if I were the Gallente government, tasked with defending those in my territory, that's what I'd do. So it wouldn't really be appeasing the miners by making it harder to gank miners, it would be a natural response to a threat in their territory. Heck they should be able to setup temporarily stations in hard hit location, basically declaring martial law in systems.
