Yeah, ok. Fair point. We're getting sucked into petty stuff.
On the OP, I stand by my view that in general insurance is about right. Increase the death penalty and people will be even more reluctant to engage in pvp. Decrease it and you'll lose some of the sense of investment in the outcome of things. If it needs adjustment, I would look at situations where it is too low to facilitate pvp (maybe t2 ships for example) or situations where it is too high to create a sense of investment (maybe suicide ganking). But overall I think it is about right. |

Could give the possibilty of starting your own insurance company. Requiring the KM and API verification to recieve a payment. Would also let them insure T2 ships and maybe even rigs and subsystems
