1. Ship/station model makeover. Especially Caldari textures and the fearsome, pixel-tanked Exequror. Mingers!
1.0.1 More ships/stations.
2. Cruiser heaven.
3. Politics, dynamic borders, standings that matter.
3.1.2 [Pet peeve] Pick your NPC corp. Tiny token for solo players. State war academy or Deep core mining? Give us some credit.

How about an Anniversary ship or something for everyone who has been in game for a year. Just something that says we have survived our first year. When I was part of Motor City Online they gave out a special car to everyone when they hit their 1 year mark. Would be cool to get something rather nice. Just my 2 cents.

Originally by: Marduuk 1. Crew members (officers) for ships that gain experience, and give tiny bonuses, such as and Engineering Officer gives a x1.05 Powergrid (or cap, etc) bonus, and over time or use, the bonus goes to x1.06, x1.07, etc. Officers would need to be paid (more and more as they get better) and their contracts could be traded (bought and sold on escrow).
ohh man I would kill for this. It would help the immersion for me a ton.

1) A real reason to leave Empire space.
For PvP'ers, this may seem ridiculous, but for those of us who have next to no use for PvP ( after many years of it in other games ) and enjoy other aspects of EVE, there's nothing in 0.0 except maybe rare ores and good bountied rats with decent loot.
Besides, PvP in this game is a very nearly a joke...with computer-aided targeting and module "setups", it's reduced to point and click. Where are the real "dogfights"? Geniune air/space combat tactics based on maneuverability and teamwork are out the window in EVE, so only those who have played awhile, learned their ship(s) and built up skills are going to be any "good" at PvP anyway. Naval tactics and strategy this may be ( I have yet to see a good fleet action ), but not as thrilling as dogfighting with only fixed guns and sights.
2) Nerf the fueling requirments for POS's.
3) Leave the bookmarks alone. It was a heap of risk just setting them up...this would make it even more difficult to get around in space, and would force people to either run heavily escorted or never venture out of Empire space because of all the pirates . True commerce in low sec might nearly come to a halt and maybe only NPC prices would be seen on the market. At any rate, the lone traders would dry up and my wish in #1 would be further reinforced.

well if they can't get in your pod then I guess they would just die when your ship gets blown up. But saying your the only person on your ship? when your flying around in a BS? why not just automate it completely and we will just sit around in the station sipping*****tails while our ships mine 24/7

2) I was thinking maybe a major change like if you split the ship up into different parts, like the warp core or turrets, shield generator, etc. And you could target individual parts of the ship, so after pounding on the shield generator then they would have weaker shields or maybe after shooting a turret it has worse damage or tracking or something. I think that this would make a battle a lot more tactical.
Maybe someone has already suggested this and there is a good reason why it was neva put in system, you could also send a boarding party of marines to try and sabotage certain parts of the ship. Why was this never thought of or put in place?
go find a game called nexus-the jupiter incident, it's like a single player eve, it includes both these functions (also looks amazing on a good rig) -----------------------------------------------

1. 1 more BS for each race.
This game is mostly about the ships you fly. Having more ships to choose from wont hurt anything, it will just increase the fun.
2. Double every ship Hit point.
So that u can enjoy the pvp for a bit longer.
3. Custom paint job on ships.
Nothing special about it. But it will look v. nice and will bring some uniqueness in the game. Rather then every one flying the same damn ship.

1. loot collecting drones 2. corp logo on ship 3. a reason to go into 0.0 4. combined ship and cargo scanner module 5. faster asteroids regrowth 6. much lower POS refueling needs 7. ganking pirates should have their security rating drop significantly if the guy they pop does not (or cannot) return fire. having a pvp duel ? little rating drop. popping a miner ? goto -5.0 immediatly.

1) More options for players approaching 2 year subscription lengths, either more skills (much higher ranks) or a bigger effect of standings perhaps. 2) More player vs enemy content, on a larger scale than solo missions. Invasions, uprisings, war declarations etc. Pull the players together, on one side or the other 3) Server capability, client optimisations to do the above fluidly.

1 = More ship designs... (tech 2 is a cheap way of not designing more ships) maybe eve sacked em all after making the last lot :P
2 = Real missions, im working for the Cal navy........... but i want to actually be able to be a part of the Cal Navy, get a cal navy ship from standing not stupid lp's :/
3 = Stop peeps being able to stack mods, 8 heatsinks :S, im sure they never intended that............
(4) bonus = Change fitting systems, have say propulsion slots, armour slots, shield slots, weapon slots, then misc slots, like on Nexus The Jupiter Inccident...... will mean ammar have more armour slots, caldari have more shield slots, min have more propulsion and sumat else, and gallente... well i dunno lol,
And of course less = Lag , gate campers , time wasted traveling , gank setups , mission running (not that i dont like it, just think it would be nice if players could make money more ways)
And More = Longer fights , ships :O , reasons to goto 0.0 , T2 Defenses , better paint jobs for ships

Don't we already have this in mid/low slots? If you want seperate slots for everything, you'd get ships with everything = bad.

1. Cruiser Balance 2. Decent PVP, not ganking/griefing/blobbing 3. Make ISK button.
ex P-TMC
If you think you can do a better job, go find yourself a datacentre to host a box, get a copy of Visual Studio, and STFU.

I hate the current jump gate system and the feeling it gives me that I'm playing in a series of boxes rather than a universe. I'd therefore have to go for removing jump gates altogether. Give every ship a jump drive and a jump range then add mods and skills to extend it.
This would cut out the whole opening up 0.0 issue to some extent, reduce the travel tedium and cut out the gate ganking.
Jump in point in a system would be random so you can't effectively set up instas to get you to a station or a belt so would still allow rats some scope for lurking around.
Then to satisfy the PvP ers - once in system it takes a lot longer to go into jump and the further you jump the longer it takes for your ship to reallign itself. Now upgrade sensors and allow ship mounted ones to seek out those ships sat there aligning for their next jump. Increase the difference in insystem jump speeds and you give interceptors the ability to race to catch a ship before it jumps again. Could be an interesting race against time and you have to balance longer jumps and hence less chance of landing in a system with rats to more chance of being caught if you are in a system with rats.
To replace NPC gate rats could also give them a count down to arriving at your jump in point.
You might also combine this with a fuel requirement for the jumps to further increase jump times when refuling. Might even get fuel scopes as with the old Elite game to refuel on route. Pirates then have another target location to grab people.

i really like this idea, will make priates work for there prey, cuz ive got a nice shiny raven with 1 bil of fittings i would take to 0.0 if it wasnt for gate campers, they could get me while im hunting rats :D, also they could make systems that are owned have warp detectors, alerting them of exact warp ins and giving them a warpable location, allowin them to defend there territory still

1) Speed up and make cruisers/BC/HAC more agile. 2) Ungimp ships/mods that need it. Mega, Vengeance, Retri, beam lasers grid reqs. Oh and drones. 3) All the rest. Maybe start with instas & associated mechanics for enforcing/avoiding combat. _____________________ Heatsink - Ship efficiency calculation proggie |

Easy:
1. One Avatar per Account (so, no Alt Posting) 2. More ships in every class (Frigs/BS's for sure) 3. Make the R & D Field viable... Cause this lottery method sucks.....
