mining 40K ore in a cov ops frigat would take a bit to much time for me...

I¦ve also been to the Outer Ring three weeks ago. Pretty unkind there. Let¦s hope that a decent NRDS Alliance will take over this NPC space, hopefully sooner than later. I¦d participate in such action.

negative bonuses are stronger: neuting somebody with 61.88% cycle time equals 161.6% neutralizing amount compared to the regular neuts ( 1 / 0.6188 )
and halos are "powerful" in their own way as signature has influence on many aspects: missle damage, tracking, probing, locking. but by nature, jack of all trades cannot be allowed to excel at any (let alone all) of their stats.
but yeah, halos could use a little boost. - putting the gist back into logistics |

Yeah, Halo's look so weak when put up next to all the other implants. Even though it's a negative bonus, they should have a little more "oomph".

It looks like Snakes are likely to be changed SoonÖ (see Singularity). I'll update this thread when the changes are on TQ. _
