Hmmm. Blackmarket Trade skill at level 5 + full set of Snake implants = 0% chance of getting busted? or 40% -53% (actual chance of getting caught of 19% or so)
Any one able to test this?

I believe to get them from regular agent offers, you have to have 400,000 loyalty points. I still need Willpower and Charisma.

I know someone is going to say agent offer, but which agent, which corp. Do you need a certan level of LP?

Something slightly odd that I don't think has been documented, that I found just now.
Aside from the slave implants, there are other implants that increase armor hp:
Hardwiring - Inherent Implants 'Noble' ZET500: +3% armor hp
Hardwiring - Inherent Implants 'Noble' ZET5000: +5% armor hp
Akemon's Modified 'Noble' ZET5000: +8% armor hp
It appears that the set effect multiplier from having slave implants fitted transfers over to these hardwiring implants. So, with a full slave set, the Akemon actually gives you 8% * 3.017035... = 24.136% bonus!
This came to my attention as a result of this thread, and by extension the same relationship should apply between the snake set and the cy-1/2 velocity hardwiring implants. If someone who has a few snakes fitted as well as a velocity hardwiring (not an ab/mwd boost bonus hardwiring) could post their implants, skills and speed in a shuttle that would be very useful to me, thanks.

k, now got the information I needed - shuttle with full snake set + 5% hardwiring + navigation 5 hits 1,008 m/s outside of a gang.
500 * 1.25 * 1.5363 * 1.05 = 1,008 m/s
So, the snake set isn't affecting the velocity hardwiring in the same way as the slave set is affecting the akemon implant. This suggests that the slave/akemon effect is more than likely a bug ¼_¼.

This "feature" has been fixed as of the current blood patch.
Now, a vindicator with full slave set + akemon + 1600mm tungsten has: 22,395 armor hp, before blood patch it had 25,741 armor hp.

Would you have this statement somewhere, or could a dev confirm it?
Since armor tanking dreads can make good use of slave implants by significantly increasing their damage treshold (which is very important when taking huge amounts of damage since even though reppers might be able to sustain most of it the buffer might be too weak), I find it unbalanced that shield tanking dreadnoughts are unable to make use of their variant of the pirate implants.
Capital ships are important content and should be balanced as high priority, in my opinion, and I hope this gets looked at sooner rather than later.

Just for those who wish to know & don't want to make the same mistake i did, Crystal sets do NOT work along side capital shield boosters.
This is an intended feature & not a bug.

Has anyone tried the full set of either low-grade or regular slave implants with a Dominix or Megathron (set up for armor tank)? Could possibly slap on a energized techII regenerative plate on there, for the hell of it... I'd be curious to see what the armor HP on those would add up to...

I am very very intrested in these pirate implants, those Crystals look great!
But i hear you can only get them by running missions for a pirate corp or Factions? If this is true, do sertain pirate corps or factions give the implants out more often or what?
can any one help me, if so please fill me in :P

I don't know about the claw but with a full snake set the I witnessed the crow moving at almost 10km/s. I do know they had a full snake set, they had all named or officer fittings and I'm 100% sure they were moving well over 9km/s. I also really want to give the pilots name but I won't.
Not to be exact because all the math is in some of the earlier posts but whatever the top speed of your interceptor is just double it with a full set of snake implants including OMEGA. Pushing that 4km envelop can be difficult depending on ship, skills and fittings. As long as you realize that the implants are just as important as the MWD.
There is more math then I care to share but I have seen it more then once, the fastest ship is a crow with faction mwd and overdrives, all the implants, with a claymore in gang with full skills and a mindlink and it shold move around 16.5k/s

Crystal set only affects active boosting.
And if you really care to know, the absolute maximum speed of a claw is 20,590.77 m/s. However a crusader can reach 20,836.21 m/s. That's with max navigation skills, full snake set, 8% speed implant, zor's hyper-link, my-2, and a max gang skill pilot flying a claymore with a mindlink and command ships lvl 5 pumping up your gistii a-type with a rapid deployment link.

Tested on megathron, full lg slave set with alpha hi grade gives 27.5% more armor not 33%. (I get 8467 armor on mega with said implants and hull upgades 5)
