Also, I followed it up with an honest compliment about his interview, so no poor interpretations would be made.

Your time in TEST has clearly distorted your world view on what is good and not when it comes to food. Beef and pork are, when given proper chili love, the greatest of pairings. Next you'll be telling me you use tomato in it as well.

And do you believe that the two do not belong together, a glorious matrimony of meaty delight? Dude. In civilised countries we do not mix meats that are so clearly different. Chicken and duck, perhaps. Goose and turkey, maybe. Even beef and horse (heh) is acceptable, after a fashion. But beef and pork? Lamb and chicken? I don't know what the **** is wrong with you people.

OK so it's true that meatloaf is a mixture of meats. That doesn't make it right. Meatloaf is the food of the working classes. No self-respecting gentleman would eat meatloaf for Sunday dinner - he'd have roast lamb, roast beef, roast duck, roast turkey. Lamb curry or beef stew if he was feeling lazy. He wouldn't mix them.
Just because it happens, doesn't make it right.

Isn't that the typical excuse of people who are either awful at cooking or unable to procure proper ingredients? My six-year-old brother gets praised for 'imagination' when he puts grass and ketchup in the Kenward and calls it soup.

Xenuria wrote:I am officially announcing my candidacy for the 8th Council of Stellar Management. This thread will be used to answer questions. Any questions I answer that I feel are important or meaningful will be posted in the OP.
-Core Platform-
Risk vs Reward My central focus is the concept of Risk vs Reward, this is something that effects almost everything a player can do in EvE. Currently there is a good deal of mathematical inconsistency when it comes to the way in which PVE content rewards players as well as the proportion of risk(s) that would lead to said rewards. I think the new AI changes were a step in the right direction in so far as they discourage people from just going afk and disengaging from the content. I personally feel like players should be rewarded not just for completing a task/mission but for how effective they are at doing it. Right now there is a stagnation as players do the same missions over and over again with the same reward each time now matter how quickly or slowly or dispationatly they finish the task. If missions and pve encounters were tooled in such a way that they rewarded based on factors like combat effectiveness or how few people were used to complete the encounter this would be better. In this example somebody who warps in and deploys drones before going to make food would make way less isk and loyalty points than somebody who has a pimped out ship that steamrolls through the opposition.
New Player Experience Secondary to my focus on Risk vs Reward is the New Player Experience. New players will be encouraged to do the tutorial and then the career agents; sometimes they will even do the noob arc but what then? I have been getting a great deal of feedback from people whom I have given buddy invites and the most common source of confusion and frustration is "what do I do now?". After doing the tutorial, Career Agents and then the noob arc there really isn't much in the way of guidance. I am not saying hold hands but I am saying there should be something that influences less intuitive players to the effect that they set out a plan of action that they ultimately find rewarding. Nearly every CSM candidate in memory has pushed these two topics with more to top them off. Why do you feel that you should be voted for over others as a self admitted autist in your interview previously linked? A disorder characterized by impaired communication and social interaction?
Being a CSM member requires you to work heavily with the community and CCP, it's almost entirely a social interaction and communication job. An area you admit you are lacking. Why would we vote for someone who is anything but the most talented for the job?

Xenuria still doesn't get any votes from me, but really well played on the interview. If you'd have been this way from the start, instead of being 'in-character' all the time, maybe your views wouldve gotten across your audience much clearer.
You accuse some people of being the 'high school lunch room table' and yet when you're 'in-character', you're just as ****** as some people at that table.
A few examples of you being just...bad really.
