Total melt down of the player driven economy. PvP, with it's pros and cons, is what makes EVE the unique game that it is. Remove that aspect and it becomes a mining and trading simulation with no real challenges. I see virtues among the failures of the current situation.. thus I always see reason for endless improvement. I see a warrant for combat with a purpose somewhere between the fringist positions of all-PvP and no PvP. Such compromise is not uncommon, but unfortunately.. it tends to be the catchall "non-carebear" that wants martial competition but opposes economic competition. C'est la vie. Personally, I do not favor an expansion of Concord's power. I do however favor an expansion and boost to the power and relevance of factional influence by npc bodies as a game mechanic. Piddling 3% modifiers to profitability are a horrendous calumny levied unjustly against what might have been an integral aspect of the game and background. Of course, if I could suspend my account, which is already paid through May.. I would close my account instantly and CCP could be quit of excessively hopeful people like myself. Just need to be changed a bit just as the game we have now has been changed since day one. Some things work some dont. Yes i would try a non pvp game..but really wish that the devs would do a few things to make it not needed. It is my opinion that "most" players would pvp at some point if they didnt lose so much. 1.Make insurance cover EVERYTHING..ships,equipment,implants. set it so you get 95%(maybe 90) percent pay out at max insurance. Destoyed items at max.. items not destroyed..dunno have to be loot for killers..and a way to prevent having friends kill you and give you stuff back and making profit:P I am sure they could figure out a way. 2.Make empire safe space.. no wars in empire..period. No ganking newb corps..no ganking people that just dont want to pvp..ever. 3.Move all lvl 3+ missions to .04 space and below. Can still get good standings with corps with some grinding in empire.. but to make good cash/loot you will have to go out in low sec. Cause lets face it.. the missions are for people that dont want to go to low sec..but DO want to fight high lvl npc's. These things would do more to "open" up the whole world of eve to everyone..and as always these are my opinions:P

Erm... a non-pvp server would mean no pvp full stop, so no pvp in 0.0 .. plus, its not going to stop ore theft and escrow scamming. and for the record, not a chance in hell would i move.. i make my money as a scout for corps and alliances at war. The one thing about eve that make it different is the fact the 90% of the game is PvP.
