Victory, i'd call it a draw considering the FFC lost more ships in the end. But it was one of the funnest single moments in eve for me, and I hope theres more. This could become the single largest war in the history of PVP wars;)

Yes and with more ships on the way this looks like to become the first epic war in EVE.
Anyone interested in coming to see the show should be warned though, friendly fire does happen as one thorax pilot from FFC found out in tonights battle 
There are many corporations involved in this struggle, unfamiliar corporation tags could be shot at by both FA and FFC.
Best perhaps to view the screenshots posted (such as at http://eve.betra.is/screens) and the map to see podkills and shipkills (it's not working right though.. no podkills show up for MN5 now even if there were at least 3 I know off).

Because we were not organized at that time. But don't count to kill many unsuspecting miners and NPC hunters the next time while they come out of ther stations one after one

Btw the "Bad guys" in this are the guys who originally setteled fountain, youll find its Homeworld etc, ie the new corps who are using this as an excuse to get a larger peice of the pie ¼_¼

My informant has given me a list of corporations involved in this, many on the list have not been seen in Fountain before and are now driving away corporations that have been there for a good while.
This is a list of corporations clearing the area, I have a hunch one is missing from this list:

Cornexant currently has no presence within the fountain region as we have been focusing our efforts in another direction at this time. As for the activities within the area we have yet to contact the involved parties or be contacted by them so until such time as that has happened we must refrain from commenting on what is going on there till we know more ourselves.

Regarding Raudka's list of corporations "clearing" the Fountain region - please note that Kusari Systems should not be on that list. As my colleague Tassadar mentioned earlier, we have made this area our home base for a long time and have always operated peacefully. We have no intention of joining this Fountain Alliance and "clearing" the region. In fact, we have also lost ships to these pirates while attempting to pass through the region.
Raudka : edit your list and remove Kusari Systems from it, and in the future, practice good journalism and qualify your information before publishing it.

How exactly trying to keep fountain open to everyone is grabbing a larger piece of the pie eludes me. Next time try to get the locals on your side before taking over, it would have certainly been a great deal easier.

Seems Shrike from Evolution is answering the FFC's questions right now. The main debate is whether or not Fountain should be closed down by Evol and co. along with the FFC's cooperation, or if it should be a free region. The main concerns are distribution of wealth: There are those who really don't care and others who wish for the good stuff to be spread as little as possible. And... a decision is soon to be made. Keep tuned in for more details.
