It is unfortunate that the list provided to me and visible on a website did not state who took full part in the operation.
Kinjite of Kusari Systems hopefully understands that in a Fog of War and having been provided the SAFE LIST one has to draw conclusions. My apologies for erring in that case. Such is war and reporting from the middle of it is never going to be 100% accurate.

There is now an official peace between the force of the FA and FFC, and currently there are talks being made and agreements are being hammered out between the two former enemies. the FFC and FA are going to be merging together into the FA, to secure the Fountain region. Some of the older locals who were not contacted about the FA or FFC should be shortly to discuss the terms with them. What this essentially means now is that the newer corps who want to set up shop in Fountain are likely going to have to think of going elsewhere.

... so, what happened to the idea of "trying to keep fountain open to everyone" which you were claiming as the goal mere two hours ago?.. :s

Things change. What you need to understand is that I'm truly an irascible villain and when I said "keep fountain open to everyone" I left out the end part which was "in my corp". Things have yet to truly be set in stone, but I have an inkling people will still be allowed in. Don't take my word for it though.

Yeah so much for foundain being an open region. I actually though FA had something going there, too bad they gave up so easily.

My goal of posting on these forums was to let the Eve community know what was happening in Fountain. If my personal actions go against some misconception you had of me, I'm sorry you were disillusioned. However, this does not change the fact that everything I have done up until this point has been for the good of myself and my corporation, not to be seen as some self-righteous martyr. I play this game for my own reasons, and I am unapologetic if they conflict with yours, so again, do not make me out to being something I am not.

Might does not make right. What was at issue yesterday? A few tried to expunge the many. Discussions regarding an alliance in fountain have been ongoing by many members based there for some time. The main disagreement was over the misguided notion of pushing all current residents out. That is what was being fought over yesterday. The freedom of those IN fountain, to stay and prosper there, not an idealistic sense of "Freedom for all" This game is about resource control, anyone who thinks otherwise is deluding themselves. HWT does what is in the best interests of HWT and it's shareholders, just as any other corp does, or should. Yesterday it was in our best interest to fight to protect what we have worked for, would anyone do different? Today, it was in our interest to open conversations and reach an agreement that satisfied all parties, and made the entire region stronger, while protecting each member corps individualisim. Things are still being worked out, I'm sure you can expect an official statement regarding the Fountain region to be forthcoming.

well my mistake then. For once i thought a group of corps decided to act in a public interest, and not in their own. Guess i was wrong.
Anyway not that i care im on the other side of the galaxy anyways
