Shollos, S.P.C. security forces have chased M0o and Sinister out of PF-346 and FD-MLJ on numerous occasions. FYI, gate camping became obsolete with the invent of the microwarpdrive. Your blockades actually speed up our trade runs now! Thanks! We simply don't need to spend 24 hours a day keeping you out of FD-MLJ of PF-346. We sweep those systems from time to time just for fun now, and the slim chance at one of your bounties.

"TTi are on the way to Venal and have done a deal with the Venal Alliance - at least thats what Ragnar has told their membership.
Is the Venal Alliance denying any such deal?"
I don't really know. I am still at work and have not been in contact with any alliance members.
Now would it make sense to align with them after the short history they have had with Venal Alliance?
We don't need them IMO, they have no back bone, they completely ****ed us in a definate time of need.
I can't possibly believe anyone in the alliance would want them and defend them after what they did to us.
I don't run the risk of getting hard earned battleships destroyed for someone like that.

Ofcourse more and more people are become so called "pirates", that's what this game was intended to be right? Struggles for power?
You'll see more and more alliances forming and regions being claimed, the real pirates will be the nomads that pick on the birds that stray too far from the nest. The rest will just have some sort of epic struggle for power within eve.
Or maybe this is wishful thinking...

I find it really hard to decide which side I am rooting for. I've never been a big fan of TTI (I have found that Ayn Rand types are neither 'rugged' nor 'individualists'), but do I really want to see a pirate league become the 'power' in EVE?

I can't help but wonder the obvious, and that is where RUS and m0o will stop after this (and that's if they do decide to stop, which I doubt very much). TTi may have bucket loads of cash, but with both RUS and m0o on their asses 24/7, how long will that last? And what does this mean for the rest of us?
<starts sobbing>
I have to admit that this news still tickled me somewhat, reports of this one are definitely going to be worth reading, and we all needed a real war to be declared, rather than these mini-corp scuffles
Please note that the views expressed above are those of Gai Daigoji and not necessarily those of the JGR corporation. |

Didnt have time to read it all, but all i can say is if TTI have probs with small pirate corps like "Going Limp" as we all and needs, what will happen if they go into war with Mo0+RUS working together.

Edited by: Shock on 28/07/2003 23:13:20 Edited by: Shock on 28/07/2003 23:10:49 This sure was the funniest post in weeks
Quote: RUS is proud to announce that after several days of negotiating that they have recently formed
RUS is proud they bought the help of pirates...wonder what they will do if you can't pay them anymore...
Who's after this ever going to do serious legit deals with you? You're not even trying to hide it. If you would have kept this quiet you at least would have TTI wondering for a while why m0o is so much on their asses and why they seem to leave you unbothered.
Quote: This was a mutual agreement intended to strengthen both corps strangle-hold over the world of eve
What stranglehold? You mean m0o camping gates like 4c?
Quote: whilst giving us new defensive capabilites
LOL, read here: 'running and docking for serious battlefleets'
Quote: - a payment of 1,000,000,000 isk per week to split between ourselves and m0o - 10 top end battleships of our choice - a personal email sent to each corp leader from the directors of TTI thanking us not for attacking
.....have...to...breath...have...to...stop...laughing
It's nice to see RUS still hasn't lost their funny ability to set ridiculous demands.
You can't even damage TTI for 1 billion ISK in a week unless they are sending you unescorted indies loaded with mega and sitting on their asses the rest of the week. So battle is obvious the only viable option
Finally, If someone would now pod a m0o would he then also end up on your KOS list? Because that would make the joke complete and turn you guys from untrustworthy into a full outcasts.
DarkAngel suggested firing your negociators, well I suggest you fire your management as well.

Interesting.
Last week, I spent most of my time mining semi-rare ores and saving for the battleship we all crave. This action consisted of sitting in an asteroid belt; barely moving except for when an asteroid gave out; waiting for my Indy partner to collect.
Last week, RUS and the SA were engaged in a bloody conflict which undoubtably claimed ships and lives on both sides. Uncommonly, they seem to have reached a cease-fire which ended the war with both sides retaining great respect for one another's ability in battle.
One can't help but wonder whether one is playing the game correctly; my week sounds mind-numbingly dull by comparison.
I have great respect for both RUS and m0o. Not specifically for their actions; (especially the more "dubious" tactics they've been known to employ .. ), but for the sheer level of organisation.
They're not an army; they don't line up toe-to-toe with their enemy and duke it out. They're terrorists and criminals, fighting guerilla warfare, staging raids and picking off easy targets, blockading systems and cutting off traffic. They're also very good at it.
True, player-driven, content.
Rus, m0o .. Bravo. Best of luck.

I am totally confused - though this may be down to my banging my head when I ejected last week.
However, what really puzzels me is why the SA v RUS thread was moved without mention or direction to the obscurity the Corp section, yet this one was moved from the Corp section to the general section.
Well, all you Corps that started up as merceneries and guards - perhaps this is the time to send a PM to TTI.

Ron1n could u for 1 min stopp smokeing that **** and think with your own mind.
Why don't u wipe out the moo corp first, they r the big threat against u. Not the TTI.
Why don't u and TTI go together and kill the Moo corp, i bet u will get more support from there
Your popularity will just sink
I bet This idea must be the moo corp manopulating your smoked brain.
Never thought RUS corp would negotiat with low life jumpgate and mineing pk's like moo.
Now on We will se RUS corp Camping Jump Gates and killing miners
I bet this will be bookmarked in history.

Unfortunately, due to the technical difficulties i haven't played in almost a week, so i am not aware of any such negotiations. But if TTI join the alliance, they will have full military support, as any other members...on the other side - I don't see how the alliance could benefit from it. Ask me nicely and I won't pod you... |

Hmmm, a little update: "Moving to Venal for Safety:
The scum-sucking pirates that have attacked us in the last two days have used what I would call exploits, that prevent us from attacking back. I don't plan on waiting around for CCP to fix this and instead want to be proactive. Their tactics will NOT work up in Venal because we can fire on all supposed innocents
Our military will be staying together there in Venal, so we will be able to respond rapidly to any threats. In addition, we will become tighter with the Venal Alliance, especially in terms of fighting Evolution.
Attackers usually always have the edge in EVE. It is doubtful we will protect our miners with 10 battleships, but in the case we are attacked, it will be much easier for our miners (most of whom pull double-duty as fighters) to duck into the station and come back out for the fight. Our military also has many picket-defense plans for days that we expect high levels of activity from potential enemies."
--This is unacceptable, and if it is true, the Alliance will declare war on TTI. It is either you are with us, or you are against us. There is no "between", unless you count our NAP list. But our NAP list is only for corporations that do not "live" in Venal. Ask me nicely and I won't pod you... |

What RUS don't realize is how badly their reputation is getting dragged through the mud right now.
Boastful demands and promises against SA ended up in defeat. So they decided to withdraw, change targets and lower their corp status to pirate corp by working with MOO. More ridiculous demands and another defeat in the making.
- RUS is unpredictable in its warmongering which most corps will see as dangerous. - RUS cares little for the peaceful traders that MOO kills and is now supporting piracy.
For this reason, I see many corp refusing to aid, support or trade with RUS in the future.

Edited by: Gurenus on 29/07/2003 07:41:47 Oficial statment: TTI is no more, just about an hour ago our ships destroied their last line of deffence. In about two hours our fleet will engage to the final fight in the system called Polaris with devs of this game. None will survive after we will use our "force" and jedi blades. And our ships with SWG logo on them would dominate the universe
P.S Everething writen in this topic is a big joke . Derek from TTI knew about this and as I can see few also understood that is a joke. We are not pirates and don't have any alliance with m0o, furthermore if will meet them we'll open fire. End of story.
