James 315 wrote:Q. Why are you in an NPC corp? Are you afraid of being wardecced?
On the contrary, I am Invincible and am afraid of nothing. I do not need corp members to fight my battles for me, nor do I feel the need to hide behind a corporate veil. I will fight anyone at any time. However, creating a corporation does cost over a million isk, which would cut into my profit margin. Source: http://www.minerbumping.com/p/the-code.html
James 315 wrote:It's always a pleasure when someone threatens to wardec my humble one-man corp, Experimental Fun Times Corp. I have won every war so far.
Most threats of wardecs are never realized, but occasionally someone will pony up the 50 million isk required to launch the 'dec.
In all, I have been wardecced eight times, with each 'dec defeated by dissolving and reforming the exact same corp. I blogged about this from the beginning, but not everyone reads every MinerBumping post--a mistake, to be sure. 400 million isk of damages have been inflicted in this manner. Source: http://www.minerbumping.com/
For months I have been saying that those in the New Order are nothing but a bunch of cowards, to scared to fight anyone that might shoot back.
It is so nice when James 315, admits he is too cowardly to fight against targets that want to shoot first.
This is why the New order are in Hi-sec, they hide behind CONCORD, using them for protection while at the same time abusing those people with enough guts to fly around in a ship that cannot mount a turret or missile.
Bunch of cowards.

actually that sounds perfectly fine to me.
if people want to allow themselves to be ganked, i don't see an issue. if you choose not to be shot at when you have an option of not being shot at, i don't see an issue. |

You are aware that he's pulling off a brilliant move... right?
He's using the same mechanics and strategies that carebears use to avoid wars. The only way people will ever be able to get to him is by nerfing the ability to avoid wardecs... which will affect carebears equally as much as people like James.
And until then, James will continue to antagonize people and make them wish for a way to get back at him... which will increase such calls to prevent war avoidance.
It's utterly brilliant!! Its like trying to shoot the Hulk to stop it... but it only makes the Hulk stronger. Change isn't bad, but it isn't always good. Sometimes, the oldest and most simple of things can be the most elegant and effective. |

Much simpler to move into one of the null regions where everyone is blue to you and intel channels will alert you to the presence of baddies while they're still 20 jumps away. |

I really like his style, i have to say, even though he represents many of the things i dislike. But if anything represents the true sandbox nature of EvE, James 315 certainly comes close.
Though i highly recommend everyone to NOT sign up to the "new order". You're basicly paying someone not to hassle you. Similar examples of real-world comparisons lead to indicate that such appeasement ultimately lead to further problems.
His blog makes an amusing read though. Post with your main, like a BOSS! |

Or by having bumping ships in hisec outside a wardec declared an exploit.
Because it's not the players who nerf or buff anything in the game, it's CCP.

Um, so get some of your miner buddies to actually be at their keyboards and fit some destroyers and go gank his ass. Oh but wait...James' Stabber fit doesn't include any guns, so you'd be ganking an unarmed ship. What a dilemma!

Isn't it time you you manned up to your moral responsibilities and pay your mining license like your supposed to. Think of it as a donation to the betterment of high sec.
James isn't your enemy, he's trying to gently help you via bumping and ganking. Its an act of kindness, and you should do the honorable thing , and live up to your side of the bargain and pay the man.

At a bare minimum, all ships flown by Eve players are armed with a mark 1 human brain. If a pilot can't use theirs, the saviour of highsec is in no way to blame. James is a hero because he brings Eve to many people who are sitting around highsec belts playing not-Eve.
Frying Doom wrote:Then run like a little girl when ever someone threatens to shoot you.
He screams like a warrior while tearing toward code-violating ships and showering them with holy antimatter, but I've never heard him scream like a girl, nor run away.

I agree completely. War dec evasion should be nerfed, so that miners can no longer evade war decs so easily. I mean, so the cowardly New Order can no longer evade war decs so easily. I am completely unaware of the fact that James and the rest of the New Order started the New Order because they saw first hand how easy it is to avoid decs, since they were in war dec corporation prior to starting the NO. Due to my ignorance, I agree with Frying Doom 100% and join his call to nerf dec evasion. |
