 I would say I am shocked but this is happening way too often.
To those that say stop complaining just take it as time to have some "Family time" or "real life time" it's good for you. Guess what I have been with my family all day just got back from the beach and a BBQ.
Will I complain YES! This is past annoying. No matter what the reasoning it is the companies job to be prepared for it. Also to the ones saying your just happy that this company at least tells you what's going on........IT'S THIER JOB TOO.
I can not think of any other games that have had these problems so you can not compare them. You give a service for money then it should be ready for you anytime you want to play. It's not anyone's job to say oh it's down, that's good go out and breath some fresh air, spend time with family, etc. etc.
When I do have free time to play I would like to be able to Login and play not be rejected due to errors on part of the company.
I would say word of mouth is the best way for any company to grow, they are not making it very easy to talk good about them.

:P I'm well aware this is not normal for Eve. The issue is in the timing really. Every Sat for the past 3 weeks.
