It's a bookmark in direct line from the undock of a station, more than 150km away. So when you undock, you can immediately warp to it. The further the better, really.

The thing is they made this one patch of an expansion and gave miners a bit of tank. Most of them dont use it, but a lot of them figured out how to use hobgoblins. That gets them on killmails, which is bad. So CCP invented the venture, so I can passive scan you on my industry alt and then gank you in one volley in a tornado.
No killmail for you filthy miner.
