actually, that guy ( banned for 279 years with standing 5.0) is my friend as well, also i know the guy who petitioned him and for what.
***** alliance was doing macro hunting 1day and they saw a barge gang in ***** solasyetem. they fired on barges but ***** protected macros with caracal. ( b4 rmr, most guys used their basic-skill alts killed macros ). cos' that failed hunting, ***** alliance guy petitioned my friends as macro in gang. ( also, im still holding the chat from ***** alliance )
what im saying is... mercenary is legal in eve world, u cannot say cos' some1 protect macro so he is macro as well.
i donot care ccp ban macros, but ill say NO to that innocents and my friends

Maybe already mis-understood... 
There are ppl who have been hired by macro-ers to protect, haul, etc. without knowing they are macro-ers. To the employees, they have been hired. Cant blame players who do things for macro-ers because they dont know about or misunderstood?

No one in the game like farmers, its nothing about nationality and wut language ppl speek in game. As EVE is open for all ppl around the world, i think CCP should consider this as an big issue. Not only for chinese, but for all ppl who paid to play this game, and not a native english speeker.

from my experience, CCP spends at least 2-3weeks investigating
reports of macroing/farming, as it takes on average about 3weeks+
from the time i send in a petition on macroers to be banned.
i spend at least 2 days observing a suspected macroer before i
decide to petition or not. as far as i know, all players
i petition for macroing have been banned. -i have seen one login
just 3 days ago after about 5months of no logins. so not all
are permabanned. the accounts that do not get banned are usually
the ones that fly the hauler, as they are usually always available
to respond to a chat request.
from this i can conclude that CCP does a pretty thorough job
of investigating any petitioned breaches of the EULA concerning
macroers.
for the record. all the players i have petioned have been of asian
decent of some sort, as the hauler account always responded in chinese
(if they do respond) or some if not all the players in the macro group
have had 2 or more names that are of chinese/asian origin or are
controlled by a chinese master account,
do not confuse facts with racism. it just so happens
(and in my case 100%) that macroers are by and large,
asian/chinese decent.

I can easily be a non-Chinese pretending to be a Chinese macro-er.
Eye just need to spit in broken Inglish and just find sum chini words to kut and paste into chat box. Not forgotting that eye need to have some farnee character name like xubu1, xubu2, xubu3.

I can be a Dutch (no offense) macro-er to cover a widespread hatred towards Asian macro-ers. The in-thing these days are Asians are all farmers. Find an Asian name, and OMGITSAMMONTHELOOSE, KILL KILL KILL.
You are the perfect example of how this red-hearring is making you to believe that Asians are bad because they are macro-ers so ban them all to save TQ.

How about chinese learn english like many other players me being one of them.
There are many spanish and frenches that play this game and they don't have a "special" customer support box in their language. Why should chinese have? If they camed to play this game then it is logical they must know the english language.

You're kidding right?
Any merc group that's hired to protect a bunch of same-age chars mining for extremely long periods of times, and with random names and little, if any chatting from them, who work like clockwork, are way too desperate for work.
"I didn't know the were macros, i figured it was a few dozen alts with gibberish names all created at the same time by people who LOVE to mine for 12-23 hrs a day" isn't going to fly with CCP.

The problem is, not all people are diligent language learner. Sure they can speak bit of engrish, but they can't fully understand or speak english. Like me for example; I'm having trouble chatting to a German guy that only can say few english word. I know most Germans don't speak english. This can be seen in movie title that translated into german ("Shark tales" translated into "Big shark and little fish" in German).

If that was a joke, it was a VERY poor one  I reckon to save lagging up the servers, YOU should get banned for narrow minded, racist comments like that.
The world today is coming together nicely as people from online games are finally breaching thier language, race and culture differences to the point where even i am planning a trip round Europe later in the year to visit new friends i have made in the past couple of years.
