get your facts straight 'he said whole world' just because 1 bil chinese people (mainly in china) speak it, its not 'worldwide'....english granted might have 1/2 the speakers, but ill bet you you can go to 95% of the countries who have electricity and within 10 minutes find someone to speak english.

This is stupid. I wouldn't play a Korean MMORPG and expect them to give me support in English

Everyone who hacks, cheats, or breaks the EULA and then gets banned claims they are innocent. Attaching a server log or anything like that is not standard, so why should there be a special exception for your friends? CCP doesn't ban people at random. I would suggest that you socialize with a more legit group of people if your friends are getting banned. You mentioned ISK farming, so your friends were ISK farmers? CCP isn't going to just ban random Chinese people, if they ban them for macro mining/ebaying they were probably caught doing it.
I seem to recall a thread by you that spoke out against people who called your friends macro miners and ISK farmers. You said it wasn't right, yet now your friends are being banned for these things? Maybe the people who were making comments were right.
I think you should stick to being friends with players who play by the rules. Don't put yourself in a position where you're trying to defend cheaters, it's only going to ruin your reputation. Every cheater has a little brother who did it, or their account was hacked, or they didn't do it at all... EVERY cheater says this, and often every cheater has a gullible friend who will blindly claim the cheater's innocence.
I am absolutely not /signing this thread. No leniency or special treatment should be shown to cheaters. The process of banning and unbanning is good how it is, and if it's good for everyone else then it's good for your "friends" who have asked you to speak on their behalf. Personally I think you're shady. One thread scolding anyone who would call people in your chat channel macro miners/ISK farmers, and now another defending all those from your channel being banned? That is shady business my friend, and it makes me wonder if you're knowingly defending ISK farmers and macro miners.

Technically that's done by first language only. So doesnt count all the europeans, africans and asians who speak english as a second (or third etc) language.

This thread is stupid.
CCP bans macro'ers after an investigation that proves to game designers that macro's have been used, period. Just because they're your friends doesn't justify your argument to keep them in game. Don't like it? Move on, but don't make this about being Chinese or anything else.

Originally by: xaioguai BTW, shouldn't CCP attach server log in addition to just a plain reason when benning an account? After all, my petition for ship destruction never went through due to "there were no server problems registered at the time of this incident" So some proof that make you take the action to close an account will be really welcome.
Please read before post, I don't think I open the thread in Chinese and there is no where I ask for special exception for my in game buddies.
Now, I will make myself clear before you flame me further. IF CCP CAN ATTACH SOME SORT OF EVIDENTS IN ADDITION TO JUST PLAIN BANNING REASON IN THE FURTURE BANNING WILL BE APPRECIATED. IF NOT, THATS FINE WITH ME. that is in btw section and really not that important.

I just check my post history, my oldest trackable post is dated on Dec 18, and yet its about ship and modules.

I'm not going to argue as to if this is a good or bad idea, but I will say this.
If CCP is going to go live with Serenity, what better way to train the staff who are going to police it than to deal with current Tranquilliy issues in their native language?

CCP is under no obligation whatsoever to give any sort of proof when banning, or even a reason. I think it says this in the EULA, which you and your friends would have had to agree to to play the game. :)
