To a secular person like myself, the closest thing I can imagine to being a god is a DEV. /emote sucks up to tomB...
If you had the power to radically change something in EVE... What would it be?
Would you make the Joves become more involved in the storyline and have them occasionally drop some uberly insane mods? Would you allow Named Officer Guns/Launchers to use tech II ammo? Would you allow people to choose the distance their warp drive would traverse? (Ex. Moving 1 AU ahead of your current safespot rather than object to object) Would you reward CEO's of ol skool pirate corps for the levity and wit they display on the forums, (And the smack they dish in local) and give them Titans?
I hope I'm not opening up a can of worms here... I shudder to think what some might suggest...
(If a Dev = god, the opposite of which would be a particular ISD Forum Mod, I won't name names, but she has a pink dreadnaught in her sig. But I lub her ebil ways. She puts wind in my piwat sails)

i would turn jita and systems like it into 0.0 for a day without letting the caerbears know...see how long it would take for it to click.

I'm a nice guy... if I could change anything, I'd probably make the UI more customizable, introduce more keyboard shortcuts, and cut a swath banning MMs.

I would realise that seems like a small change to a player might not be a actual small change when you try to implement it. respect myself and my co-devs a helluvalot more, and go party in iceland.

I would remove all secure cargo containers older than 2 weeks that had not been "refreshed" by their owner. If you have been to any older high sec. belt you will see what I mean, the things are ruining the game. There are too many.

I would remove all secure cans currently anchored in space after providing a warning before downtime. If that did not take all day I would try to fix the mdcm II mercoxite crystal bug and the ship maint array cap bug.

I would:
Make launchers require cap for activation.
Move WCSs to Highslot and give penalty.
Show all characters connected to your account, bye bye alts.
Put all lvl4 agents in 0.0.

swap around all the BPOs ingame (completely randomly), so some noobs end up with Cap Charger II BPOs, and NAGA end up with some of their stuff being replaced by small tractor beams...

After drinking the out of date Quafe, and on a caffine high I would
Seed the blasted Freighter Containers
Put a cancel button in R&D and Manufacturing
Add the Exodus Font as a user selectable option
Fix the Overview LAG, that neutral in Amarr is not a wartarget, or that wartarget should not blue to me
Fix Dampeners and Tracking disruptors
Fix Buddylist
Pop all the anchored secure cans in > 0.8
Give 2 week notice on popping secure cans in empire
Make it so all abandoned drones will pop after 4 weeks
If I can manage that in one day I would be quite happy :)

I'd give out ISK farmer hunter licenses and allow players to freely attack anyone in an NPC corp without sec loss or CONCORD.
However, attack someone thats not a ISK farmer = license revoked forever.
