Here's my post-Trinity Rook fit. I've had some success with it as a part of a gang, but haven't yet taken it into a solo fight.
Highs:
Heavy Missile Launcher II

I use the Hypnos' because of far superior cap efficiency in comparison to their ECM II brothers. However, I also carry a full fitting of 5x of each Racial ECM II and an extra Multispectral for quick customization. I also carry a Sensor Booster II and a Webifier II as well, these taking the spot of the Magnetic Scattering Amplifier if needed.
When all is said and done, in any of the aforementioned configuration, all modules can run indefinitely, the above configuration is simply my travel fit.
Anyway, I'd be interested in your thoughts and comments as this is my first posting regarding my setups.

This is my solo pvp setup.
With the added low slot and the power of ECM, the Rook is now my fav Caldari solo pvp boat. Okay it's never going to take out any of the big ships (due to it's dps), BUT you can still engage, knowing that you can warp off at any time due to them being jammed to hell
High:
5 T2 HML (CN navy Ammo - ALWAYS HAVE ALL TYPES + precisions for killing light drones\scaring inties)
Mids:
5 Hypnos Multi's
T2 Disruptor
Sensor booster (locking script)
Lows
800m RT plate
2 T2 Signal distortion Amp
Rigs:
Particle dispersion aug (PDA) - (I use 2 atm)
Hints:
- Turn the ECM's to MANUAL. hit each one in succession. If you use the automatic feature, you'll not know which ECM is jamming the current target.
- Don't tank it save the plate. The plate will give you a lot more time when drones start chewing your face (even T2 mediums). It also gives you more protection should you fail a cycle and more time to decide whether to fight or flight
- Only use T2 jammers if you want to jam over 150km (they have a range bonus IIRC). Use T1 for cap efficiency.
- Watch out for caldari boats and fof missiles!
- Always have a SB. If anything locks before you, you've lost your upper hand.
- As far as racial jammers go. Some ppl use them, some ppl use multi's. I've tried both and keep coming back to multi's. If you know your enemy for sure, then fit racials accordingly.
- Rigs are a must. PDA's are around 7m a pop at most hubs, so it makes sense to get a couple and boost your ships only defence - jamming.
- Use heat. Good for getting some extra Dps, but more importantly, getting some extra range from your Disruptor
I'm currently thinking of adding another PDA (3 in total) and dropping an amp for a T2 BCS. Just to get a bit more firepower. We'll see how she goes

I would say it will be hard to fit :) AFAIK T2 ships have only 2 rig slots  .
Can someone explain me where to find targets to kill that don't use ab/mwd to escape such solo setup?

Well, I may or may not be in possession of a freak of nature/hybrid Rook that was bastardised by the Trinity patch.
6 highs, 3 lows!
Hax.
Highs : 5 x HML II (Faction ammo), 1 x Improved Cloaking Device II
Meds: 1 x F-90 (Scan Res Script), 1 x Warp Disruptor II, 5 x 'Hypnos' Multis
Lows: 3 x 'Hypnos' Signal Distortion Amp
Rigs: 1 x Scan Res Rig, 1 x Jam Strength Rig.
Locking time is the same as normal (just about), but with the advantage of having a cloak fitted to.
Never use her though :( so If anyone wants to buy the above ship, fully fitted with the extra slots, let me know!

Your indeed correct. I saw the 3rd rig slot the other week but forgot they can only have 2 rigs 
As for targets, It's solo belt piracy. Most will warp to zero or thereabouts. Quick scanning and overheated disruptor get me most of the kills. I've played around with an AB and it would be a good idea, but you then lose a jammer, leaving 4 on my setup. I think, personally, it's better to have 1 extra jammer and miss a few targets. But that's just me.

lol, that is strange. I take it you had the cloak on before the patch, then scored another low! 
It will probably throw up an error if you undock, but i'd be interested to know what actually happens..

As for getting away from you once you have a point on. I usually use the Rook for anything up to BC size. So mostly cruisers etc. They pop quickly enough as I have decent skills. I swap between Rook\thorax\brutix depending on target and age of player.
