To those asking why I didn't know that something like this could happen although I'm playing EVE for more then 5 years... Well, because it never happened to me before. Either I am extremely good (which I'm obviously not ;-) ) or I'm just not reading EVE forums every day and play 5-6hours a day. Shame on me. Let me just quit my job, quit with my gf and get rid of all those other things called real life... well, just a matter of priorities.

But this endless discussion here actually makes fun to follow and that somebody just put a bounty on me is hilarious. Looking forward to many more hours of EVE...

And now - let's go for 10 pages of threads... :)

You're welcomed. Here's more advice, take some responsiblity for your gaming experience, learn to learn, resist the urge to whine and cry, and you'll have a much better time. umad? We actually have tons of fun on Scope ops. One of our bittervets said it's some of the most fun they've had in years of EVE.

That's an even dumber trolling attempt than the last one of that other guy. The mindless zombies will still fall for it though.

Sometimes it obviously takes some events to finally take decisions. I am playing EVE since 2008, just 1-2h per week as real life is still some kind of important :).

Now I just learned that a fully armored (2 shield extenders) Tayra with 600 MIO ISK freight (my ship and freight of course,) can be blown out of space in INARO (a 0.8 high sec system!!!!!) with just one shot from a 1400mm canon of some player playing EVE sind November this year.

How - for god's sake - can something like this happen in HIGH SEC space. I was even flying the route coming from Jita "in manual", meaning flying from gate to gate by clicking it myself. So NO autopilot. The moment my Tayra got visible because of warping to the next gate exploded, releasing my pod. The guy started shooting at my pod also but that moment I hit warp and was not destroyed.

But - again - how can this happen in HIGH SEC space? I think CCP could balance something like this. Anybody an idea?

Well - maybe off to Star Citizen in the near future, there I can at least blame loosing my ship on my bad flying skills :)
