we have over 400 members so alot of people come to express they vievs so we rack up a lot of recruitment threads i think this is the 5th or 6th thread i have posted in a new one is normally started after 10-20 pages

In my opinion, we don't differ that much actually. Both our alliances try to survive and thrive in the Outer Regions, and we all want to have fun shooting eachother .
Besides, there is an unwritten rule about recruitment posts: don't hijack them or don't flame them, even if you are at war with the corp that is recruiting. There's enough crap cluttering the forums already, the recruitment section is the one place where it simply isn't allowed .
Good luck with the recruitment chaps  .

OK let me make sense of the apparent maddness. After 10 pages, no one was seriously going to look at page 1, therefore all the important detail was getting missed. How do I know? Because over 70% of the applicants at the time didn't meant the requirements nor followed the contact details.
So I made a new one.
It was made to highlight our kills for March. We then redployed our PvPers elsewhere so it no longer held relevence. At the same time we also changed recruiment requirements so rather than edit the post (coupled with the fact it was flamed), I made a new one.

I've been AWOL for a couple of weeks and was interested to see your new recruitment criteria for EDF-A. I was disappointed that you are no longer recruiting cadets from out of the Nth Am area as I was eager to join the Academy. Is this set in stone or will you be opening recruitment to other areas in the future?
As I mentioned in a post on another EDF recruitment thread, I'm an Aussie and for "bonus points" a Liverpool fan :). Just comming up to the end of my first month and nearing the end of my learning training so will be looking for a corp soon. No ship skills to speak of - just basic frigate tech to aid ratting. Currently fly a Kestrel.

Our standards for recruitment into both EDF and EDF-A can be fluid, adjusting to how we've extended ourselves in various areas, and weather or not we can adequately accomodate new member initiation (it doesn't hurt... much).
Also, as indicated by John, we're a bit busy this weekend, so post your interest on our forums, and try to get ahold of a recruiter after the weekend is over. There likely wont be any recruitment going on over this weekend. That doesn't mean it's closed, just that we're busy. Thanks for your patience.
