Internet Explorer 9 and later don't support Windows Xp.
I use Firefox for browsing which is as safe as it gets. |

One more try sir, I completely went through all the SSL ciphers and according to SSLLabs WinXP w/ IE8 is now supported by tripwire.eve-apps.com.

Looks like same issue one other is having now...
The issue is with CloudFlare SSL, not sure if I will be able to fix it but in the mean time you should be able to use https://galileo.eve-apps.com it doesn't use CloudFlare for server static files like CSS and JS.

Galileo link doesn't seems to load in ingame browser:
Error Loading Requested URL
The domain name of the requested URL does not match the name on the SSL certificate.
Error Code: -200
I can bypass the certificate warning in Internet explorer but the stylesheet is still broken and it doesn't work as it should.
Meanwhile i use Firefox which works fine.

Ah, yea - that doesn't work because your version of Windows doesn't support SNI... so only 1 SSL cert per IP and Tripwire and Galileo are from the same IP.
What a mess....

I have upgraded CloudFlare hosting from free to $20 a month - it has fixed some issues for others... see if it fixed your issues.

There are some strange session locking issues going on which will cause your Tripwire client from updating, this typically is happening around the top of the hour.
A quick fix is just to refresh the page, I advise you to keep doing this randomly to ensure your Tripwire is in sync while I fix this issue.
I will post here when the issue has been fixed.

I would love it if when adding or editing a signature, you could set the name of it there as well.
Here is a mockup of what I mean.

I am also receiving the SSL error: "Unable to process the website's SSL certificate". I'm running EVE through WINE on Linux, so the networking support is similar to Windows XP.
The simplest option would probably be to add an unencrypted version of the tripwire site, possibly with a warning suggesting that users switch to the SSL version. I highly doubt that anyone would try to perform a MITM attack against a major hosting provider just to spy on some internet spaceships, so I'm happy to take that risk. |

Just adding that I'm a linux user under wine and tripwire is broken in game for me as well. 
Out of game it's beautiful and works exactly as intended.... except it won't follow my location because I can't log into the service *in game*

For those using Wine or XP and still having SSL issues - I am still working on this issue but there is a major lack in information so please help if you can.
I have been making changes with the SSL ciphers and also upgraded to a paid CloudFlare account but that only solved a few issues.

I have just released a security patch that changes the API registration and login methods to require ONLY the Account Status mask. This makes the API needed to access Tripwire much more specific and less likely any other API keys would work.

Auto mapping feature (mostly) doesn't work for me - at least for me. Current system changes but TW fails to recognize/update connection. It works in maybe 1 in 5 jumps.

Something seems off right now. Nothing loads for me even though i restared both eve and the browser several times. Work perfectly yesterday. I see the normal screen but it wont load the system im in and i cant add in signatures. |

You are correct - I have switched off CloudFlare and www.eve-apps.com no longer points to Tripwire (you must use tripwire.eve-apps.com).
CloudFlare was causing issues with images, css and js files not loading for some because of CloudFlare's SSL. Even after upgrading to the $20 a month plan it didn't fix all the issues so now some users using old browsers will again have issues because they do not support a single IP having multiple domains and SSL certs. I basically had to pick the lesser of two "evils" for now while I work out something with CloudFlare, another CDN or something else since Digital Ocean doesn't allow multiple IPv4 IPs.

Exactly the same often happens on my corpmate's account. We both run TW in in-game browser. |

I have had a hell of a last week+ with work, being sick and getting into a minor car accident.
Can you tell me some info about your system? Also does the IGB to OOG browser link work and keep up well? I looked around and didn't find any other reports besides you and your corp mate so anyone else having this issue please post.

I am scanning down this C3, but when i copy scanned down sigs (gas site f.e.) into tripwire, it doesn't update? it DOES show the 'paste detected' blue popover, but no sigs are entered.
I think it has to do with the fact that the same C3 was part of chain, and that chain collapsed (scanned that chain yesterday) so the C3 is now 'standalone' and Trip doesn't recognize it or something. |

Thanks - I do not have a public issue tracker, not yet at least.
If you have issues with a sig paste working correctly please send it to me in a mail with what isn't working. Sometimes data is ordered differently or I have to adapt to another language.

Minor Tripwire bugfix patch released and a new Tripwire server connection status notification system added. http://puu.sh/goiH4/a31df7ee0c.jpg
When refresh with server fails you will get the red notification while the connection continues to fail, but gets replaced by a green 5 second message once a connection is re-established.
This was a quick add because of the session server issues I have been battling and sometimes causing everyone to get logged out and needed a way to notify them.
