"Tripwire Public" :)
Yea, it is hard to keep an updated guide when I keep adding/changing things so quickly normally. Having a guide only good for a month or two is annoying

Yo Damian,
can you make default sig life time 7 days instead of 72 hours? Most things live longer than that, even if you despawn them right away. This has been bugging me for a while now :>
Thanks o/ |

This is a good idea and I have added it to the new issue tracker! Check it out... https://bitbucket.org/daimian/tripwire/issues

Hey everyone!
Thanks for all the support and help!
So I am still making progress on the latest Tripwire patch but I wanted to talk about other things today...
Tripwire issue tracker/ideas & suggestions: https://bitbucket.org/daimian/tripwire/issues
Please use this - it is public and you do not need to create an account to post. Everyone can comment and you can see when I plan to resolve it.
I will likely be also using BitBucket's free Wiki too so that everyone can help keep Tripwire documentation updated and useful. Once I have tested it further and get it setup I will post info about it here.
I will be attending EVE Vegas 2015 in October! Also someone suggested I make Tripwire t-shirts.. I will give more info on this when EVE Vegas gets closer!

You ever seen the issue where I have a tab for home chain but it is only displaying the home system no matter how large the chain. Every other chain I have a tab for is fine just not that one specific tab, Oddly If i made a new tab for the same chain its fine.
This appears to be on the In Game Browser only as checking it on external browser was fine |

This appears to be on the In Game Browser only as checking it on external browser was fine It's possible that you have minimized the chain's tree in that tab. In the map pane, try double-clicking on the bottom of the box showing your home system and see if that expands the rest of the chain below it. |

@Mussah thanks for trying to help! I kept getting tied up and forgetting to respond.
There have been a few other reports of issues with settings not working like they should, I believe it is partly how Tripwire tries to save and load browser cookie settings first and then falling back to databased stored.
The issue with this system is it is hard to know which is being used and sometimes you want your other browser to have that new tab you created and not have to add it to each browser.
So the patch after the coming one will include a settings re-factoring which I will be looking for feedback from you all on how the settings should work in Tripwire. I will let you know in a few weeks

Want a sneak peak at the next Tripwire patch I am working on? You can try it for yourself right now via the test version called Galileo (works kinda like sisi) https://galileo.eve-apps.com
One of the big changes you can try now is Tripwire no longer reloads the entire page when changing your system, a feature long overdue. Galileo is stable and can be used instead of regular Tripwire but I expect some minor bugs so please report them so we can get them all fixed before I release the full patch!
Have a great weekend everyone!

Looks like the sneak peak is working - I have been getting good feedback and bug reports so I will be fixing a few more issues with it this week.
If I don't finish the rest of the the planned patch changes - I will release them in stages so your not waiting for finished features.
Thank you to all those who have been helping test this new feature on Galileo!! Your helping me get this feature out way faster then I could have without you!

Sometimes it seems impossible to paste signatures to TW. Just scanned all these and TW wouldn't accept them. http://i.imgur.com/ImKcpgo.png
Also after jumping through a WH 2 entries for the same connection are being generated. http://i.imgur.com/QCWbKNS.png |

Should be now fixed - but IGB seems stubborn to update so likely will need to go into the menu "Options" -> "General Settings" - then using the "Clear Browser Cache" button.

I've been testing the automapper this morning but haven't had it auto add duplicates so far. Can you help me with causing this issue on command so I can fix it?

It looks like visual glitch. After refreshing the page/clicking on current WH again duplicates disappear. This happens on all of us. |

I always use IGB. TBH I don't even know how to make automapper work in browser outside the game. Not that I need it anyways.

I am still not able to get this duplication issue to happen for me :( Is there anything else you can tell me on how to cause the problem. Unfortunately the IGB is very difficult to bug fix with

All I can do is describe the process I use. Am I right saying that auto-mapper feature doesn't work outside the game?
I scan all sigs, paste them, fly to each WH, update WH type, save BMs, jump. TW changes current system and on the other side I get all these duplications. Clicking on current system tile gets rid of them. I also noticed this only happens when TW automatically guesses the signature, not when I have to chose from pop-up dialog.
As I said before this happens to everyone in our corp. |

Try adding one or more "K-space" tabs.
The K-space map can also show duplicates, it seems to occur when a K-space system has 2 or more connections, each additional connection adding a copy of the K-space system to the map. The additional copies do not show any connections - example: http://imgur.com/uHKldHU |

First things first.
Thanks for this tool, it-¦s a really nice thing to use when going down the chains. But there is one thing that annoys me to no end. Whenever I come to Thera or leave from Thera I have all these entrances marked in my Thera tab. I don-¦t need them and I don-¦t want them. They show me what is there following to EvE-Scout (I guess haven-¦t checked the site ID source) but that doesn-¦t help me because I have to check EvE-Scout for the sigs, cross check them with my probe sigs, eliminate all the stuff that is there and oh wait, I can-¦t update my sigs in tripwire without creating doubles all over the place. Is there any way to eliminate this feature? I-¦d like to have a clean and empty Thera tab.

I notice the duplication mostly when I first log into Tripwire. It seems to go away after the first one or two. I tried to delete the duplication the first time and they both disappear. Also, I have not seen the duplication in the last couple days at least. |

You can collapse any chain by double clicking the parent system. I always have Thera collapsed when we're connected because it's horrific. |

My corp is having problems with the option that deletes sigs that are no longer there.
When we copy all sigs and paste into tripwire and hit the delete key it is deleting sigs that are still present. This has happened to multiple people.
We've used tripwire for 2 or 3 months now and this has only started happening in the last week or two. |
