So Mister President, I hope those campaign checks found you well during the election, I was very happy to sign them for someone such as yourself.
I have some issues of great importance to Gallente Caldari relations to discus. Namly the importation of Highly qualified gallente Women with questionable moral fiber. I belive I have ripe markets in Delve needing women with the above qualifications to acompany our hard working pilots.

As my first Advisory duty to the Office of the Omber, I will release an updated Friends & Allies of the Federation list (no, you're not on it) to accompany the new Strategical Automated Readiness System.
SARS aims to absolve the Federation of several current & ongoing problems. Presented here is but a small dose of all the changes set to occur.
1. To combat the image that war is bad, and costly to the Gallente people, all currently enlisted officers, soldiers and conscripts of Minmatar origin will be reassigned to several new brigades within the ranks of the Federation Navy. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th,.. 101st, 102nd, 103rd 'Zerg' brigades will have the honorary tactical role of "first threat assessment".
2. To handle the most dangerously hostile incursions and infestations of Federation territory, ninety percent of the Federation Navy's mobile military assets will be repositioned to the following systems: Oursulaert, Osmeden, Renyn, Scolluzer. CONCORD's security status system will be removed and replaced with a five color threat flagging system, where the aforementioned systems will be upgraded to "Orange" status.
3. Expert codebreakers, signal analysts and algorithm specialists have finally found the Rosetta Stone of secure Caldari-Amarr communications. Any word(s) referring to territorial expansion, Caldari prime, holy war, slavery, Gallente impurity & decadence are actually referring to hookers. In recognition of this plot to rob the Federation blind of its most prized natural resource, a new biological weapon was developed at Duvolle Labs (quite accidentally at first). Termed the Strategically Transmitted Defense (STD) virus, it will be "surrendered" to the highest ranking enemy officials through the aid of undercover elite 'Zerg' operatives.

Sorry, it's been almost/more than a year since the Gallente Elections started... We still haven't had a vote...

Regardless of who claims leadership, I declare myself Minister of Stuff. My purview will be Stuff and all things pertaing to Stuff. I have the unilateral support of Stuff, and Stuff will abide no other Minister than I (for it told me so).
My first act as Minister of Stuff for the administration, will be to perform a grand Inventory of Stuff. This will be achieved through everyone bringing all their Stuff to the Ministry of Stuff, where it will be made into a great pile of Stuff which I will sit atop, in order to best advise the new President of the state and progress of Stuff.
