I mean, it looks like all the offers except for
- gift for things to come
- connections books
- ships for tags
are removed from the offer table.
Please if you had any other offers since patch then report here...
If that's true, I wonder where do one gets those +5% implants from now. And what the hell am I supposed to do with all those elite drone ais?

Been receiving >ALOT< of the offers for Mining Crystals... Actually I think the last 6 offers I've received (using 2 accounts) have been for mining crystals.

For the last 2 months (includes today) I have only recieved implant offers. I beginning to think that the offers are broken. 2 months worth of implant offers is starting to **** me off. I don't know if its just bad luck or my agent (Caldari Navy lvl 4). Would be nice if CCP would put a little variation on the offers. Once you hit 200k lp your offers are limited to maybe 3-4 different ones. Why not offer some of those really rare implants, officer mods. If something isn't done I expect alot of people to stop doing missions.

I have only been seeing the: "Crazed commander" offer, 2 times a day everyday, since the patch no mather how much points I have I have been getting the same offer over and over and over again.

Why would anyone come and say "offers arent broken" , what proof do you have?
My proof is:
Ive had a Petition in for 12 hours now and havent had a response , BUT my petition went a step farther.
ALL offers are broke.
My PROOF:
Goto an R$D agent ang look at the predictable patents.
ALL Starship offers are "Not predictable"
ALL.
Would be nice if when you present your "opinion" you could back it with some proof or a reason!
Im Guessing that what the agents offer are what havent been claimed. Thats why tons of minning crystals and ALOT of people dont have the LP's for the skillbooks. (so save up Im betting they are a sure bet now)

Well, with over 400,000 lps now. my last 6 offers have all been for 200,000 lps. Why is my agent giving me offers for lp values worth approx half what i have?
Not sure if its broken and certainly not saying it is, but a tad confused myself

Yes ditto here, 2 agents at 300k plus, all offers at 200k and for implants.

The devs decide how many T2 items are to be produced.
They decide on the number of BPO for each T2 item.
They drop the BPO into the T2 lottery.
Agents randomly decide who and when the BPO are offered to pilots.
When all BPO in a group are handed out, there are no results easily predictable.
This has nothing to do with the agent offers for LP.
Agent offers for LP aren't broken (entirely). The devs removed quite some offers fro mthe list though. Due to the total mission system restart, the LP offers aren't back to the amount you have yet.

Has it ever been not broken? I've never gotten a navy battleship offer and Ive had two agents sitting at 300K LP + for months, completing a mission or two every time I receive a crap offer like navy comet for 220kLP or 200k LP for a couple of 3% implants.
I have not received an offer yet after the latest patch so cant comment on that. |

I've done lots of missions for many of them since patch.
From all those agents the ONLY offers I got since patch were "gifts for things to come", and 1 time I've got a connections book. I suspect though that this book was scheduled before patch by the system.
Really, if THAT's not broken I don't know what is...

There were useful 5% implants available through offers.
5% to all turret damage comes to mind, and super-rare armor implants. Some other non-implant offers were good too, like assault frigs and battleships for reduced mineral cost. Maybe they weren't that good isk/lp-wise but considering the amount of "gift"-offers generated now expect attrib-implant prices to fall very fast which will sudenly make those old offers seem very good.
Anyways I don't think it's certain yet that all the goodies were removed, as it's obvious that the offer system is broken and doesn't show all the offers still left in DB. Other people getting the same kind of offers (even non-"gift") all the time are good indication that such problem exists.

For the past 6 weeks all i've had are implant offers or the navy vexor offer for lp + tags. Still waiting for my navy thron offer to come up....

New players have always been able to use their mission LP to get them without any ISK required. On top of that the low end ones have been uber cheap for ages! What realy happens is that new mission runners wont be able to make any decent ISK on their LP implant offers at all!

i'd rather pvp with 5% hardwirings (or even 3% ones, it's better than nothing) than with attribute implants, as at least hardwirings can give an edge in combat.
where do you get them from now that these offers have vanished, that's the question.

LvL 3/4 pool is broken - for three weeks now the ONLY offer I have received is 'A gift for things to come'. And that is one offer a day from two agents...

3 book offers last night.. One of the agents had 34k lp's. Never seen that before, so if its broken, don't fix it.

Just my screwball theory, but I think that offers are at least slightly tied into the agent/corp youÆre working for. I get spammed by mining crystal offers from my R&D corp agents (I donÆt think IÆve got those from other corpsÆ agents) and used to get the drug offers all the time from negative quality agents. Now that I donÆt really do any missions for negative quality agents I havenÆt seen a drug offer in a long time (since way before the patch). ItÆs probably just a coincidence. I do get a lot of implant offers too lately, although I did get a second cruiser nexus chip a couple of days ago, and a BS nexus chip today.
Also afaik there is no ælvl 3,4Æ offer pool, all offers can come from any level agent, it just takes forever to get that many LP from a lower level agent. I run all lvls 1-4 still and will get the exact same offer from a lvl 1 as a lvl 4 if they have the same LP. (I had my lvl 1 that I do up to 3000+ LPs till I finally got something worth taking. That did take forever at 15-25 LP a pop, and is a testament as to how crappy most offers are, if I can easily turn down the first, whatà 50 offers I got because they are crapÆs crap.) Offers should be tempting, something that you have to think about whether you want it or if you should wait for the thing you really want. Not just 9 parts instant decline crap to 1 part everyone will accept it because itÆs the only good offer there is at this LP level.

I've gotten nothing but skillbook offers. 6 in a row now. This IS a problem because the skillbooks will be worth absolutely nothing soon. If thats all we get, they won't even be worth the 10 mill they cost for the offer.

Yup, that's the problem I've got right now. I was making around 1500ISK/LP on the +2 implants. But there's currently a glut on that portion of the market and it's dropped to under 1000. I guess I'll try saving the LP up and go for the higher rewards.

3 different corps (Brutor, Urban Management and Republic Fleet) several agents each and I'm getting 85% of my offers for starbase charters and 15% for mining crystals, no other offers at all and I've had several dozen since the patch. Even another offer for something else crappy would be nice just for a change. I could have had enough starbase charters to run an empire space POS for years to come, except I'm in an NPC corp and not allowed to own one

Ever since the patch ive only recieved implant offers from my brutor tribe lvl 3 agent. One was 8+1 willpower implants, another one was 2 +2 intel implants, then 2 +3 perception implants.

Lol im having the same bad experience i have just over 200K LP and i am recieving the same damm offer for 2 social implants. WWOooooOOOOT!! i know they said they have changed the BPC blowout offers but to what i really wish they would post some details on stuff that they change as im sat at 220K LP with 520 mil waiting for this damn CNIR offer. and if its changed id like to know so i can aim for it.
