Im Guessing that what the agents offer are what havent been claimed. Thats why tons of minning crystals and ALOT of people dont have the LP's for the skillbooks. (so save up Im betting they are a sure bet now)
Lol you have no idea how the RnD actually works do you?
When agents have no BPOs to hand it simply means theyve all been handed out, untill CCP adds new t2 items to the game the BPO que will remain empty. Its always worked like that and its not related to the LP system.

Just got an offer for 4 slave gammas yesterday, 240k lp and some trade goods. So I would say its not broken...
I like to think of myself as the chlorine in the gene pool.

I've mostly been getting offers for two +2 implants for 18k after the patch. Exceptions being the mining crystal offers, had a couple of those, and FINALLY one Military Connections that I'm now training. The total crap offers like the two +2 implants and mining crystals etc are really annoying. I just wish they'd implement the "LP Shop" idea.

Relatively new player here, but for the last week or so the only offer I've gotten through any of my agents is "The Butterfly Effect" minig crystal offer, completely useless as (a) I don;t mine and (b) I can't even sell/reprocess them.
Additionally all my storyline rewards seem to have gone to pot, for the last two storyline missions my reward has been pathetic (200 small lead charges?? doesn't even cover my ammo).
Not saying it's broke, just not worth it currently...especially for we n00bs.

I received a 5% speed implant as a mission reward yesterday on my first ever lvl4 mission. I wasn't aware that implants were given out as normal mission rewards, so maybe this is how the hardwirings are now given out. Pity none of my missions since have handed me a 30mil+ implant

CCP are trying to boost the overall supply of skillbooks ie political connections - once they have reached a certain level CCP will tweak the offers again so if u want to increase youre supply now is a good time to do it.

Same here. Yet another, that is four in a row since patch, 200LP gift to come offer when my total LP is well over 350LP now.

I got 6 offers in a row for "A gift for....." spread across 3 agents. All were perc implants.

well it seems very broke to me. 6 offers in a row now, all 200,000 LP (I now have over 375,000 LP) and all the same offer. Almost half the LP reward too.

I think it is not exactly broken, but more like "diminished".
It seems to me that CCP did exactly what people asked for - they removed all useless offers. Which essentially were all exept the (attribute)) implants and the ship offers. No taghunt, no 5000 janitors, no 1 zillion units of garbage...
The problem is that there isn't really something new out there, so the offer table lacks some diversity.

But why would i continue to get offers substantially lower in LP than what I currently have? I never had that issue until I this patch. Before. I would get offers either close or up to the total LP that I had. Not almost half like i am now.

I've now gone 24 hourse without any starbase charter offers. 1st time since patch I've gone that long without at least 3 of them. I too am still seeing quite a spread between LP I have and what the offers are for. Not a problem in my case though as my agents are all have lower LP than I want or the offer I'm trying to get is closer to the offers than what I have.

Same here, had "The Butterfly Effect" 100 kernite and 100 Jaspet mining crystals 6 times in a row now from different agents requesting different LP amounts for the same offer
This needs to be sorted out pronto

I said goto ANY Starship agent (thats from ANY race) , your trying to tell me that there was a patch , then ALL the BP's were claimed in EVERY race.
Like I said. GUESS again(but keep your guesses to yourself)
Update: Its been DAYS and still NO Response on my petition about rewards being broken.
My Guess would be is that they dont want to answer my page until they figure out whats going on! (and yes that is My Opinion and may be just as useless as the next)

Probably because you haven't reached the next threshold level? When one is eligible for 200k LP offers and the next threshold will be 500k LP, then you won't get anything else then 200k LP offers for a long time...

Well I would agree with you, but there are offers at 220k, 240k, 300k and 320k. so your logic is not accurate because there are many more offers above 200k and below what I now have, 385k....

The offer system does not necessarily have to be broken, what it sounds to me reading the posts in this thread is that pirate agents have nice offers, high sec agents got a slight nerf as usual, and research agents are same as usual :)
The only thing lacking here is CCP explaining what exactly they did, and as usual the player base may fill in the blanks, and there are a lot of blanks.

CCP make nerfs or short term changes to boost certain items ingame this time specialised connection skills then nerf em and open up other areas

Its been over a WEEK? and still no Response to my Petition about the Rewards System being BROKEN.
If it wasnt "Broke" or was just a "nerf" I feel they would have at least responded to my Petition. That Implies to me there is a Problem and they have NO IDEA on what to do about it.
Do we have to do it as a "Report a Bug"?
I thinks its Strange that we havent herd ANY comment 1 way or the other , from anyone connected to CCP.
