Hey CCP,
Having issues when trying to jump through our C1 static connection (from our home C2). Constantly given a "traffic" timer of 1m 50 secs. This expires but still won't allow jump through. To add to this the ship being used is unable to warp off even after the timer expires, I have to log off and back in again to regain control of the ship . i have tried this several times with the same result.
Bug Report filed.

Update : This is also happening when attempting to jump through out static Hi-sec connection. unable to try it on non-static connections as we have none |

All my overviews are now named General. I can't export or add them to tabs at all. You effectively deleted all my overviews. Thanks a lot for this "feature". |

poco in high sec hold by corp cannot access the red corp standing -5 and -10 even if tax setted correctly and NOT denied.
ally standing have no effect on that access only corp standing.

Quoting myself, worked out a solution for myself on the overview ****-up:
This works only if you have Shadow Volume enabled in Windows7/Vista
1. Browse to 'c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\i_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility\settings' where "i__program_files..." is your installation location.
2. Right-click on the folder 'Settings' and select Properties -> Previous versions
3. Locate a version which is before you updated your clienttand open it
4. Drag all "core_char_xxxxxxxx.dat" from the newly opened folder to the previously opened forlder and overwrite the file.
5.Launch the game, you should have old overview back up and running, but it will reset on every session change.
6.Export the overview once you're in space (all of the settings and everything) and it should now work like a charm. Note that you also need to tick all of the "Other tab presets" in the folder at the bottom of the list.
7. Now import the overview you just exported.
8. Restart the game, you should now have your old overview back.
Tested on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit SP1 |

You can right click "Overview Settings" and then click "Open Overview Settings" when it opens right click Overview settings on the page that opens And click "Import Overview Settings to get your settings back if you saved them there.

So despite completely wiped overview settings (that I fortunately managed to get back by copying over client settings from Singularity), neither the new "Share" function (I am aware that you need to drag&drop the icon in order to do it, it just does not work) nor the super old export overview to file feature work right now.
Fine piece of programing right there.
Next time don-¦t bother with some pretty useless features that end up not working properly anyway and focus on the actual problems in EVE such as balancing and existing major bugs, thanks. |

So i get nothing but a black screen after the character selection screen. I have ran eve repair tool, reset my graphics settings, switched between full screen and windowed, and completely restarted everything. Would like some info.

Eve launcher doesn't want me to play eve any time soon. I opened the launcher and it started patching pretty fast up to 25% but after that it took 3 hours and 46 mins to get to 28.4%, so i tought maybe it will solve itself just be restarting the launcher but it actualy restarted patching from 25% -.- and going at the same rate as before. Restarted my pc and internet connection but everything seems to be good. This is what i get after 4 hours of patching: (2/4): CREATING EVE_ONLINE_818001-820762_WIN.PATCH 25.9%
Can i do anything about it or do i have to download eve again? If i really need to download the game again it will be just to sell my toons, cancel my subscription ( yes i dont PLEX just to support the game) then with the isk i make i will double isk in jita -.- |

This worked for me and got my settings back;
Undock into space
Click on the 3 bars next to the GÇÿOverview (tab settings)GÇÖ at the top of the overview window to open the Drop Down menu
Select and click the option GÇÿOpen Overview SettingsGÇÖ
Click the same 3 bars next to GÇÿOverview SettingsGÇÖ at the top of the new window
Select and click GÇÿImport Overview settingsGÇÖ
A new window will open with GÇÿOld Overview SettingsGÇÖ and a small arrow next to it Click the small arrow and a list of your old settings will appear in the left pain
Select as required and import your settings.
Now save your settings from the new button if you wish.

I have found a mistake in the NEX store:
I think the White 'Rider' pants/trousers are listed but with the White 'Strider' pants/trousers picture.
I didn't fully examine the writing but saw the picture of the White 'Strider pants/trousers which I have been waiting to buy and bought them. I now have a pair of White 'Rider pants/trousers that I didn't want to buy.
PS not connected with this error on the NEX store but when are the White 'Strider' pants/trousers along with the White jacket & boots going to be available to buy |

Update: This works for the same account only, if you change the char/acc IDs of the settings files to apply them to other accounts the overview presets wont load. This implies that they must be saved somewhere, with some kind of account specific ID to them, but aren-¦t accessible properly.
Knew I should have exported my overview (and, to be fair, copied all of my settings) before the patch like I usually do. Shame on me for hoping CCP would not screw up a patch completely for once. |

We're aware of the overview issue. Current work around is to change at least one setting before closing the client. This only needs to be done once, and then the overview settings should save as normal.

I patched the client, logged in, everything gone on the overview.
Could you consider creating a backup tool which you can distribute with the client so we can take backups before applying patches? You could also recommend running it before a patch is applied or just, dunno, automatically create a backup of the settings. |

I think it would be better to ask them to implement QC policies along with replacing the entire QA procedure book. Obviously what they have is worse than useless.
