What about fixing the issue with agression on the dictor's bubble?
first it got agression, now there is no way to agress a dictor by its bubble.
This is overpowered and i was expecting a change to that was fairly disappointed.
Nice the eris gets a buff but still not getting at the crux of the problem with interdictors.

Hey everyone! As CCP Seagull mentioned in her coming in Oceanus dev blog, we're following up with Interceptors and Interdictors this release to apply some more polish.

These Interdictor changes are fairly minor as we consider the balance of this class fairly healthy. They are mainly aimed at helping the Eris, Heretic and Flycatcher compete more strongly against the Sabre for applications where combat ability matters.

One important module tweak that applies significantly to these ships (we'll be discussing it in more detail in an upcoming module balance blog) is that in Oceanus Light Missile Launchers will have their Rate of Fire decreased by ~6%.

Eris:
Replace the +5% Small Hybrid damage bonus with +5% Small Hybrid RoF
-50000 Mass

Heretic:
Replace the +5% Missile damage bonus with +5% Rocket and Light Missile launcher RoF
-5000 Mass
-0.1 Inertia

Flycatcher:
+1 Launcher
+10 CPU
+3 PWG

There needs to be a new warp disruption bubble for the Interdictors that is capable of stopping interdiction immune ships.

The real problem is that when CCP talks about boosting something nobody uses, everyone's response is "why buff something we won't use?" and then when they talk about nerfing something everybody uses, the response is "OMG CCP you're ruining the game for everyone!" The problem isn't any lack of CCP's ability to balance the game, but a resistance to having a balanced game.
