I have thought of somethingf much better.
Hire any all Mercs in the game you can find to destroy every player structure except BoBs. Then just destroy what alliances you could.
Basically hand the 0.0 game to BoB and see what happens.
Wherever you went - here you are.

This would be more interesting than messing with BoB. BoB certainly isn't worth 700 billion but doing the job of clearing 0.0 for them for 700 billion would certainly be worth it...just think of the look on their faces if that'd happen.

Just a quick note: 700b is not that much, thats just 6 out of 20 hulk BPOs in game. BoB alone is probably worth several dozen ts, i know a player who is worth 1.5t after all.

Tbh I would probably either (i) give all the isk back (save a few billion) or (ii) quit the game.
Nothing you ever do is going to be as big. And if you keep the isk then you remove any element of risk from the game cos no matter what u lose you will never burn through that lot, no risk = no fun. It would be like playing the game on cheat mode.

need a lot of patience and connections in addition to ISK to do a lot of those things
I'd do a lot of merc hiring and empire building personally.
cornering market on T2 is pointless with the upcoming changes in Kali
I'd also try to buy Chribba's revelation, having one in Amarr would be nice
and get myself a few Aeons, and an Avatar.
Mostly I'd just waste it on merc corps tho

Buy some gtcs to have enough playtime for 2 years or so and invest some isk in t2 BPOs. Maybe I'd get also another char with 40 mil SP ... or 2 or 3 ? Don't know.
Then I'd use a few billion isk to have some fun and learn more in 1-on-1 combat with expensive ships.
I'd buy e.g. all those tech-2 combat ships I want to try out in masses, also the mods, before the market has time to react. I suppose Jita and Rens would be quite empty after that.
Then I'd have a solid pile of ships and mods to destroy and then I'd just do that:
Engage almost everything and if I died, I'd just get the next hac or whatever out of my hangar, maybe improve the fitting and look for the next fight.
After that I'd still have a lot of isk left and some nice t2 BPOs to build cheap replacement ships for me, my corp or alliance.
