People want Cerbs, Vagas, Harpies, Ishkurs? You decide they can't have them, and you just stockpile hundreds of the ships for your own amusement.

i would do 2 things 1/ make a get can with a titan BPO in right by a gate in 0.0 sit by the can in a titan full of your corp m8's when someone robs the can unleash hell. 2/ bribe the dev's into makeing me jove :P

1. 700 billion / 70,000 people = 10 million bounty on EVERYONE'S head (thought pirating was bad before?) and sit back and laugh
2. Give it all to my Corpmate Weyr Reykan and take the 1 trillion he makes me with it while he keeps his own trillion after 2 months

I would probly try to get large stockpile of ships in most hub systems (so several bs hacs whatever so longs it's expensive (I don't care of I can fly it yet)
Then probly buy 2 char for my other slots with all 50m sp or something
Then just try to get for 1 item most t2 bpos (not for market but par example the idea that I am the only 1 ingame who have t2 armor repairers is quite funny... ravens suiciding my t2 frigs for only the rep )
Then I would build all types of outposts somewhere let lots of mercenarys defend them and using the gallente outpost as my personal precious ... only I can dock
then also fly lots of faction ships whole day.
ooh and try to buy a dread like chribba one that is build in hi sec just to brag about it. and some cruise kestrels ofcourse.
dunno how much cash is left after that but think I already had quite some plans to spend 700bil on

I remember about a year ago, my friend was offered something like 60 billion for his vagabond BPO, and he said no. It wasnt about money, it was being a producer. That is one of the aspects of the game. Its not always about money, like RL. And I doubt that under the threat and act of in game violence would get him to sell.

I would buy all the shuttles in all the regions, transport them to 0.0 space and build a 3d map of the universe in a roid belt. then id buy as many battleships as possible and block up the entrance to the EVE-gate. w0oT

I'd start a *REAL* investment bank with it.
Seriously, there are opprotunities to pull in a lot of HONEST ISK if you have the capital to connect accounts receivable with accounts payable and have the know how to set up the structured finance tools to enable that kind of investing.
Of course, half of the ISK would have to just be going towards enforcing the terms of individual lendee transactions because people can't seem to wrap their heads around the idea of long term profit.

All the GTC's to allow me to play EVE until the end of time.
Then some on a faction fitted solo sleipnir (170m sig rad, 1045 dps, can tank 1800 dps).
I'd be the star of my gang by buying a faction fitted Claymore as well (pricetag with mods, about 50-60billion ISK), 31% reduction in gang mates sig rad, 46.5% increase in tackling range, 46.5% increase in MWD/AB Speed.
On top of that I'd buy gangmates implants and faction fitted;
Stilleto's (16m sig radius, 4 point scramble and web from 16km, 13km/s),
Sabre's (36m sig radius, 250 dps, 2.2km/s)
Vagabonds (79m sig radius, 580 dps, 9.8km/s, average resists of 83% w/ 4900 HP),
Huginn's (87m sig rad, 99.9% web from 60KM, 150% to enemy sig rad),
Typhoon's (220m sig rad, 660 dps, drains 66 cap per second, 3km/s, 24 points of ECM) and
Fleet Issue Tempests (235m sig rad, 1035 dps, tanks 3500 dps)
Would be able to tank 8400 dps as well, and with 5 med nos it could hold it's cap for a while.
All up the gang would cost somewhere around 100-120 billion ISK (10bil for estamel invulns, ouch)

Prolly flog a bunch of it for RL cash.
Hire mercs to mess up the POSes of the empire corps that annoy me (screw attacking 0.0 alliances, they can afford it, I wana mess up the lives of the little guy)
Hire MC to attack the corp of the very next person who annoyed me, no matter how small his corp. Pay for suicide fleets to camp him for an entire year wherever he went.
