I'm with Lard. 700 bill in EvE is like god-mode in Doom - funny for about 5 minutes, then you get bored. It's like one gigantic adrenaline-nerfing pill. You just don't care anymore.

I think id like to use all that money to hire some hard working market peeps to buy up every stab and stab bpo for as long as they can and ill do the refine later

Jump a titan into BoB space fitted with civilian modules, when they engage and think it's cake jump a mothership in next to it, refit, and wtf pwn everybody.
That or buy every t2 item in jita, rens, and other market hubs and than resell it for double the price.
Or to be more reasonable, solo pirate in alliance territory in faction battleships

you win eve only when you nerf the biggest race, ie the caldari!!
so how do u do that? buy up eiter all T2 siege missile launcher BPOS and Cruise Launcher BPOS [would be a EXTREAMLY hard thing to do] or buy all the BCU T2 BPOs [again hard, but less so than the other thing]
then, put 19 out of the 20 BPOS into long term reserch with the intention of never poroducing from them, and the one you produce sell at stupidly high prices! in effect u have nerfed the caldari race!

I'd start the EVE's largest charity. Just fly around randomly giving isk to people in need. Go gatecamp the noob systems and hand out 2 million to all the noobs.
Of course we all know this guy is just gonna sell the isk. 700 billion can translate to over $100 thousand USD.

I would be tempted to buy thousands, if not tens of thousands, of GTCs, then sell them, then use the $120,000+ USD made from it to invest in the real world, and hopefully as a side effect, show CCP just how wrong they are to allow the GTC for ISK sales.
Or I'd just buy up lots of certain types of BPOs, and charge whatever I feel like for the mods. You think it's bad paying 20mil for a cap charger II? Have fun paying 30mil for T2 hardeners, or 25mil for 125/150mm Railgun IIs, and 40mil heavy neutron IIs.

i you want to pvp:
have exactly 1 bil bounty on you every time you undock with an officer fitted faction ship, everything else would make the game like (somebody said it already) "doom on goodmode", ******* boring. only way to keep the adrenaline at decent levels.
if you want to make even more money:
go for a t2 ship cartel, eg. buy all the bpos of one kind and make it two trillion isk within a year. repeat.
if you want the hot blonde, the ferrari and the villa with pool:
keep on scamming, then ebay, then get banned for ebaying, get desillusionised, start solo carreer as a rockstar/pronstar/stockbroker (dont know if you actually qualify for the first two) or scam a game where ingame-currency <-> rl-currency trades are supported by the producers. (there are at least two, dont remember their names tho)

I would do something elaborate and risky.
1)Start hiring officers on a commission basis and lay out very explicit instructions for them in hiring procedures and oversight.
2)Hire people to monitor the officers as efficiently as possible and record their activity levels on a distributed basis and create easilly distilled progress reports that fit on a spreadsheet.
3)Use the officers to shape and mold the careers of new players by directing their skill training, and giving them objectives including monitoring corps and individuals and reporting back to the officers. Start hiring them on a commission basis too of course.
4)Develop a professional, well drilled horde of covops/recon pilots with impeccable communication skills.
5)Partially fund a smattering of small, empire-based merc groups and assign them targets from which they will extract the other half of their fees. Separate them into four factions.
6)Systematically target every corporation between 20-200 members until they start marching to my tune.
7)Total purgation of every espied Raven in Empire reported by my horde of new player employees.
8)Influence every producer, even T1, to sell at the prices I want, where I want, when I want and to the redistribution agent pool of my choosing. Take control of all the shipping magnates while I'm at it.
9)Start forcing the independents by necessity to band into groups against me. Then infiltrate the highest echelons of the independents and organize them as well.
10)Siphon a small percent of the money from all of the highly organized activity to fuel my inferno. Profit.
*Buy one of those little conductor wands, and make the highest officers sing their distilled reports to me in D-minor.

I'll have to figure out how many russian brides you could get. I think you'd only want one at a time, but after 6 months to a year you could trade her in for a new one. You wouldn't want to et board after all.

If he decides to buy up GTC's im thinking its gonna take him a lot of time, and then hes got to sell them as well. I dont think he will have much time to actualy play the game tbh. Can you order nearly six thousand of GTC'S at once? He would have to sell at least sixteen a day to sell them in a year, i guess he will have to knock them out cheap to sell them quick. CCP should fly him out to iceland just to shake his hand and cut him a deal on the GTC's

Surely if he did anything to try and convert it to real cash he could be arrested and/or fined for fraud as what he did was a scam. The continuation of the fraud is liquidating it into real cash (This brings around, equal value of ingame to RL money, which in turn means he's stolen that $110K). The border line here is pretty hazy. He would be safer just spending time in game :P
