I second the idea of hiring the MC and mc lites to co-op w/BobtheClown to take all of 0.0-Once I have had a major role in taking all of 0.0, we would camp every gate all the time and ransom everybody. We would also sell licenses to operate in a given region for a fee. The isk would funnel back up and then I'd use the gtc buying and selling to earn myself RL money for as long as Eve exists.
Either that or using the upcoming faction warfare, I'd put the full amount behind the Caldari and try to eliminate the Gallente faction altogether.

I would manipulate the market price of minerals, through buy and sell orders.
With that sort of isk, ya could create a void in any type of mineral and sell it for an inflated price...

800B, huh? Probably spend some on myself in the way of T2 ships. Aquire some T2 BPOs for my old corp. Setup another outpost for my old corp as well as enough POS fuels to keep all the POSs running forever. Buy some of the capital ship BPOs for them, including one for a Titan. I'm only a couple of months from flying one.:) |

I would become extremely bored extremely quickly. 50-100bn I could live with. 700bn I couldn't tbh.
With the ability to buy anything and everything I want without batting an eyelid the game would become really boring.
I give the player behind the scam approx 6 weeks before they quit out of sheer boredom.
Selling all that on ebay isnt really an option - you can bet CCP are watching the accounts like hawks and will close them down if they get some kind of proof.

The "bank" was obviously a scam or ripoff target right from the start. After the lottery ripoffs, I still can't believe anyone put money into it. 700 billion is likely a lie.
I might believe in a bank that makes some sort of legal setup outside of EVE and posts real money as a bond to guarantee behavior (i.e. if ISK is stolen, the jerkwads lose real cash), in a manner that is somehow ironclad and verifiable. Even then I'd be leery. |

I'd never pay RL money for my subscription again (gametime cards ftw). In fact, I'd get a second account, as well, then buy some nice characters with different skillsets of the sell forums so I could experience the other races' (Gallente and Amarr) playstyles. Then, I'd buy some more faction battleships and pimp them out (navy raven, vindicator, tempest fleet issue, and possibly a rattlesnake) for PvP.
Oh, I'd also pay a secure, stable 0.0 alliance (assuming that's not an oxymoron) for the right to put up a POS in their space and build myself a titan just so I could say I have one.

And to the noobs saying buy all the hac BPOS, a good HAC bpo costs 75bil isk, so u could only buy 10 out of the 20 of one HAC BPO
This might seem like a lot of isk, but it isnt, id be very suprised if this is > 1% of all the isk in peoples accounts!!
Id be suprised if eve doesnt bring in that much isk into the game every week!

I saw a post on one section of the forums about a shipyard going public which got alot of attention and support. Someone in that thread said something like imagine a publicly owned company building T2 ships for cheap to the general public. So that would be what I would do. Basically creating an account with a shipyard-main offering T2-ships at cost or with very little mark-up with decent modules and watch all of Empire-space dwellers decend on the large alliances like a giant swarm of locusts. Basically Goonswarm in T2-ships but at a larger scale. I'm talking biblical proportions here. Watch the dams at those gate-camps burst and the total anarchy that follows, very fun :) Or wait until factions and put all your isk behind the Minmatar war-effort and watch all the other nations burn, also very fun :)
