New Rat jumps into area, I put all the guns hot then right-click on the icon in the overview. And promptly unload everything into a innocent mining ship. Between the sentry guns and the 3 Concord that opened up I lasted 12 seconds while frantically trying to turn the guns off.....

Way back in september or August 2003. I just bought my first Blackbird, and fitted it with my best modules. My friend (I know in RL) wanted to see it so I undocked and wanted to show him what happened when I webbed him. We were in the same gang but not the same corp... I said Look at that blue light, and your speed is gone lol! then Realized Concord had shown up and I was dead. I wasn't insured, and I had my ship for all of 2 mins while fitting it.

So I lost my af, but then I got back to my home station, got another ship and undocked to rejoin the fighting and got popped by sentry guns again. So I said, "OK, lets wait for the criminal flag to go away then undock." So I undocked a third time and got smacked by the sentries again. It was then explained to me that as long as the aggression timer from being concorded is there, sentries will fire upon me. That sucked, and Korsiki was swarmed by concord ships for half an hour. One ship to jam them all, one ship to damp them. One ship to suck them dry and in the dark void gank them.

Second funniest story is the same close friend in a gang... several years later. He wants to show off his cruise missile alpha strike to impress a new corp member who has joined us to do a little mining. The alpha strike is very impressive but doesn't quite kill the new player's first (brand new) Osprey... but his drones do. New player is like... "!?!?" -Helo

I don't have laser skills, so my Succubus is fitted with blasters and rockets. The lone Amarr Navy frig orbits me at 8k or so, webs me, and scrams me. I keep trying frantically to get into range till my ship goes "pop!" Now I always think of that incedent when someone typos "fraction" ship.

Back in the SA + KAOS vs FIX war we were at a stage of POS ping pong, we had spies infiltrated in FIX and the FIX FC said at a point he was going to leave the gang and AFK a while. The gang leadership was picked up with haste by our infiltrator and handed over to us, we warped in a cov ops who then warped the FIX gang to our deathstar-POS.. This really was a symbolic revenge for all the backstabbing and spying FIX done towards us in the Delve days.. Fitted up a badger with cargo extenders for the 14 jumps back to my corp base in Elgoi to have everything melted down and to create some sell orders for the decent stuff. I did this while at work and, having got through the first 2 low sec jumps, decided to head to a station as it was hometime. After getting home I undocked and just hit the autopilot button to afk through to Elgoi while I did some stuff with my wife. I came back an hour later to find a newly created clone and a killmail in the place of my bursting at the seams badger. Took me a while to figure out that seperate clients have seperate destinations. I had clicked autopilot at home assuming that the destination was lovely high sec Elgoi. Sadly it was Amamake. A cargo hold full of loot and a full set of +3's is an expensive way to learn that you should check where your ship is going

I was camping a 0.0 gate with my kessie, complete with cruise missiles and the whole shabang. This hauler warps to the gate and I let rip - whereupon the SENTRY GUNS THAT APPARENTLY CAN EXIST IN 0.0 TOO shoot me to bits before I can even look suprised. Kouran Darkblade Caldari Copasetic Joint Special Task Force Blood Raiders Alliance	Posted - 2006.11.25 11:15:00 - [172] Right, so im in 0.0, ratting in my spanky raven, So Im going through the forums looking for something and i come across this thread, i read to the third page when I notice the "dreat dreat dreat" sound of someone locking me, now normally i insta dock when someone enters system (better safe then sorry when your in your ratting ship) but i didnt notice them enter, anyway i notice that it's a gallente interceptor, now my corp mate is in system also, so im thinking i'll keep him busy while my corpmate comes and pops him, so I nos the little fellow and all the stuff he was using on me is stopped and i start to warp away, but I stop cause my corpmate finally returns from afk and says he'll come pop him, so i stop warp, the local was lagged so I didnt notice the 3 guys enter, 3 battleships warp in and *****me, I think, omfg I could of escaped, but I think at least i was insured, look at my wallet and realise that the insurance expired the day before, 200mil down the drain =( Another time when i was a noob (more of one ) I wanted to test out these fancy eccm modules on my scorp, so my corp mates are outside screwing around, including my ceo in his scop, i decide to try and jam him because he does it to me everytime he see's me, so I undock, I target him and activate the modules, I get a warning against it, im thinking that it's a glitch so I ignore it, iturn em on and the station attacks me, I was using the short range ones with the radius, so I tank and dock scared as hell, I still didnt realise what i was using so I try it again... none the less I do it three times before my ceo explains why im a criminal, he didnt do it the first 2 times i undocked cause he was busy laughing his head off but it lived for another week to get pirated somewhere, but thats a differen story

Bloodborne 666th Pirate Detachment	Posted - 2006.11.26 23:46:00 - [174] This is VERY embarassing...and very expensive...when I first started flying Vagabonds I was playing with some lvl III missions and I aggroed too much in one of them and lost my Vagabond...don't remember what mission it was, but it was painful :( Just recently (I just started pirating) I was flying around in low-sec and after killing some victims (while I was flying in ANOTHER Vagabond) I forgot about the global criminal countdown...warped to a stargate in a system I won't disclose (.4) and started recieving fire from the sentries...well, stupidly I jumped through the gate into a hi-sec system (.6) where I recieved fire from MORE sentries...then I made another stupid move, I warped to an asteroid belt where Concord showed up immediately after I stopped warp and destroyed me...kids, please remember when pirating to lay low for a bit and let that global criminal countdown run out before jumping back into hi-sec

I was in plex with the Maller when I shot some noob in Ferox and pop goes the Maller. For the Geddon, I was having a 1on1 down armor with a Megathron in Jita, I take his can etc. and shoot. Then I remember he is the one who has to aggro me first >.> Pilgrim then, I lost to station sentries. We had just killed several wartargets outside station and was going to finish of the last pod so I started locking and "heated up" my guns but friend got the pod so ok. Then I click around and click the station and start thinking why is it locking? Suddenly I notice huuuge web effect and the sentries wtfpwned me (Destroyed items: 2x Dark Blood EANM with the Armageddon, Cov Ops Cloak II and 3x Medium Diminishing Nos with the Pilgrim )

Majutsu Caldari S.Y.N.D	Posted - 2006.11.27 10:10:00 - [180] Some great stories here, I haven't had any major losses, just a Brutix on an L3 where I got scrammed, I did see a hilarious one however. Sitting in a 0.7 belt in my mining Osprey, a Badger II warps in and flags the can of another group next to me. One of them in a Bantam (I think) warps away and a minute later re appears in his Caracal and proceeds to launch missiles at the Badger II. Now I have no idea of their respective fits, but the Badger scrammed the Caracal and just sat there, pew pewing away until the Caracal popped. It looked like the Caracal had assault missiles, could even have been standards. :/ Losing a Caracal to a Badger just ain't good.
