For your crimes against the humanity of the Caldari people and the honour of the State, I hereby sentence the Federation of their war crimes. The Federation must pay. The punishment will begin in Sinq Laison. The reign of glory and honour will breeze through the Federation like a divine wind. Anyone is caught in its path will not be spared.
Your war crimes will be paid in blood and ISKs. I demand 10 billion ISKs to be wired to me for the Jenny Spitfire Memorial for the suffering in the Caldari State or the people of the Federation will pay for their ignorance.

Say, if I want to go see this reign of glory and honor with my own eyes. Where can I see it happen? I don't frequent the region, so I don't know if I'd want to just cruise around looking for reign.

This "sentencing" of yours is past the threshold of hilarity! When did they start letting delusional street wanderers use transmission consoles? This sounds more like the maddening rhetoric I'd expect from an Amarr, than a Caldari.
I'm on the fence on whether or not to even reply seriously to this transmission statement. Your intentions being passionate and likely of a serious nature, I'll take it.
I'm curious as to what "war crimes agains the humanity of the Caldari people" your talking about. If you speak of the Federation trying only to take back what rightfully belonged to us, that the Caldari took as their own, then that is no war crime. That's just war, mon ami.
Now that the only serious and partially legitimate argument of your statement has been dealt with, let me proceed to tear the rest apart if only for amusement. You are nobody. You are nobody and certainly in no official place to make demands of any kind, especially for blood and money. 10B ISK for a memorial? I think it's more like 10B ISK for your casino outpost vacation fund. Perhaps it's more likely for your obvious drug habit. Is 10B ISK the going rate on padded rooms at the hospital? You see, on one hand you make threats of spilling blood as if it's a definate, yet a few sentences later, it's turned into a pay up or else situation. So which is it, because if the rest of us are confused then where does that leave you?
I'll tell you where, it leaves you smashed like grapes in the palm of my hand if I see your rusty hulk plodding through Sinq Laison.
Above all I think this statement reflects the fragile mental and emotional condition of the Caldari State since establishment. The Federal disengagement of your people is taking its toll and showing, if only amongst a few citizens, it is at least present. Jenny you are now the poster-child of the surpressed outcry for the need of Caldari stability.

Tell me Redpants, what was rightfully yours that we took as our own? Federation education must be in dire need of assistance if you fresh pilots think the Caldari ever gave ownership of anything to the Gallente, a race that has shown they have no desire to ever be 'equal' with others.
Your war crimes would be that your greed caused a war that saw billions of Caldari murdered by your government in response to the actions of an extremists group, that would be roughly the same as the Amarr Empire bombarding a Minmatar planet in response to a Stormrider attack on Empire assets.

I'm certain the Federation would never fold to such threats. Thus you can forget your request for the isk. I would wager to say that the Federation Navy would quickly hunt down any agression done against citizens or visiting pilots to Sinq Laison.
Is your message not the intent of war crime and terrorism itself?
I would think that pilots would be more willing to help the politics live in peace with each other. Seems I maybe wrong starting with this one.

A corp consisting of one whole pod pilot means to lay claim to an entire Federation region? I know the Gallante may not be as powerful as they once were, but your prospects of extorting money out of them are laughable at best. I would say that your threats would only serve to sabotage the good will between the Caldari State and the Gallante Federation; but that would imply that you could be taken seriously; take your empty threats elsewhere, or as Vendrin has suggested, you could back up your pro-state rhetoric with action rather than hot air.

Supposing this is true, just how do you intend on collecting the 10 billion you demand? Ransoming happless traders and industrialists? Why don't you come out and say it, you're becoming a pirate and you happen to dislike the Federation, so you'll be setting up shop there. There's no need to disguise your actions by pretending there's some higher purpose to them, it's not like anyone actually belives your really doing this to right the wrongs commited during the Caldari Succession.
