If you read the whole thread, you'd see that I know I made a mistake falling for an obvious trap, and that I do not care too much about loosing the actual vindicator. It is that there was no way for me to possibly fight back due to ECM removing my ability to lock at all. Yes, I know I've killed people in hi-sec and that I've used ECM, but now that I have had it used against me in a real, expensive combat scenario, I've stopped using it upon my dominix. That would not have helped here. The fact that 3 ships can take down a 5 billion ISK ship is not the problem. It is the fact that just ONE can completely disable its ability to put up any form of fight. Fun, isnt it. If ECM was removed from what it is, how could you find a "decent fight" unless the other player is as old as you and has the same equipment. It was smart on their accord to do what they did and I would of done the same if I was in their position, it's just like when you where ganking those navy ravens in high-sec. I know the pain of it all however it's apart of EVE sigh. Also what did you have in your 5th midslot?
