LOL...most of you have small little reasons to cry about this extended downtime. You're just addicted (like the rest of us) but you didnt hedge your bet like I did.
My kid is out of town. Same with my wife. Took the afternoon off from work; never happens without a Wife or Kid support being needed. Got a beef loin and a 12 pack of beer, the primary "working adult in the house" understand this how rare a moment, hour and day this is. It was the perfect plan!
All I wanted, needed and should be doing was killing frogs with Dale in our 128km jackdaws. Laughing on TS as I shovel med. rare beef covered in horseradish on rye bread into my mouth as I use half cans of beer to wash each bite down.
But wait Eve is down? How can this be?!
How much did she pay you to bring eve down?
In the future we should work with one another and the devs wont be needing to eat pizza......if you know what I mean.

This is due to an issue with a code deployment today while patching for a few fixes in EVE Online. The issue caused the cluster to fail to start up correctly, and as such, Tranquility is currently unavailable for play for both EVE and DUST.

Ok.... I finally figured out why we are in a long downtime.
<---- A deep breath of sigh.....
It's because of FOzzie Sov. We are experiencing this long downtime because tranquility
is rejecting Fozzie Sov mechanics. We have to roll back to pre Fozzie Sov to get the game working right
again :D
