I wonder how it is that the goons and RA have managed to take so many POSes considering they apparently log off every time an enemy enters the region.
Now you have to hire MC to take care of these guys you claim to be wrecking every day. You just continue to make yourselves look more sad by the day.

Noone disputes they're making progress. Their time coverage and turnouts have been better. Most fleet engagements (ive been in) ended up with them turning tail and running. When our turnouts are at their worst, they've gotten ahead. They're playing a numbers game, and in a 23/7 online game, that will get you progress, eventually.
RA are good, the goons are numbers. together its a deadly combination. Time will tell where this finishes up.

That's not only directed towards you btw., think many of the fan-clubbers still have to prove that they can stand the (pos-)war heat themselves for a long time instead of happy funny 0.0 carebearing with a bit shooty shooty from time to time

I do think MC will score -alot- of kills, as goonswarm always will have issues controlling some of their newer players, not to mention they have little or no fear of death.
However, the sheer lag MC will face....I think the lag may be too much for MC to do much harm myself, over time yeah but, hiring MC for a long time may end up harming the employer more than the victim considering the cost :P

You might have noticed that you need to have several time more people in order to conquer a territory than you need to defend it. So yeah, hiring merc to attack a system makes sense since you'll need less people to defend it afterward. On the other hand when you need mercs just to lose territory at a slower pace, it's a bit more annoying.
I don't think people outside the war realise the pressure that is being put in Scalding Pass on -V-. To be honest at this point, I don't think it really serves V interest to have hired MC, unless they're in denial they realised that there is no way they can survive right between IAC, TCF, RA, Goon, the longer their agony in SP last the weaker V will be when they lose their last station.
